I watched few episodes of CID and was horrified. Could there be any worse crime TV show in this world? Worst acting by everyone. Everyone keeps on asking(shouting) - Kaisa Hua?, Kyun Hua, Kisne Kiya? What the hell! And the way the investigators(shame on them) investigate, is laughable. They think they are Kings & Queens. There is no politeness or professionalism. They represent everything bad about our agencies and we wonder why crime keeps on going up. They epitomize police brutality. Just to give you an example:- in a recent episode a father found his son murdered and the stupid investigators start questioning him. Questioning would be the wrong word. They start shouting at him. Looks like they follow the motto - "Guilty until proven innocent" World over professional investigative agencies follow the reverse - "Innocent until proven Guilty". No wonder general public in India stay miles away from police and similar agencies. I would suggest at least copy some good crime serials from other parts of the world. But please don't create such idiotic shows.

The caption says: "The best investigation show sucessfully running on television for last 11 years" - Couldn't disagree more. At least spell the word "Successfully" correctly. Just because there is no other investigative show in TV doesn't mean CID is the best. It should get the worst acting award in every category. The investigators lack an iota of professionalism. The chief keeps on yelling & shouting. And lots of soliloquies. That's just plain dumb.I hope our real life investigators are not this dumb.

After watching few episodes i could stop myself from venting my frustrations.

Sorry, I'll have to close this thread. I understand you are frustrated, but opening a thread with such a subject on a forum where all of us are 'fans' of the show will hurt people's sentiments. If you are not fond of the show you are welcome to stay away from the show and avoid the forum itself.
