manasi said that she had met with an accident and had lost her memory...a doc had rescued her and she had been staying with her since the last 8 years,she came back when she got back her memory..when CID officers checked that doc's address provided by manasi they found that there was no one like that staying there...as to manasi's real whereabouts for the last 8 years,it wasnt explained till the end...shikha was the girlfriend of manasi's husband...she had come to meet him and manasi's uncle mistook her for shikha in the dark and killed her..the man found with her was a petty thief who had come to rob the house and happened to witness the murder,so the uncle had to kill him too and the reason for murder was as usual i.e. the uncle was after manasi's property
