They hav kept him as a surprise package.

Daya ka Ek Chantaa hi kaafi hai Daya ko jitwane ke liye. He will slap to every other contestant. They will all go through CID Bureau under ACP and Abhijit's Strick investigations. As result they will be considered to be runners up for JDJ 4.
