Saw those gun pictures posted on the Gallery. Maybe they are OT, as there are too many of them. Please delete a few of them.

Why I am not deleting the posts is because I got a chance to see a few guns at close quarters. I've always wondered how they really look. From what I learnt from CID (serial, not our HD ) they have used 3 types in CID.

1. The usual pistols which we always see. It has a magazine having 15 bullets. When someone fires a pistol, the shell falls down, thus enabling our duo to catch the criminal.

2. Revolver, which has only 6 bullets. It's the famous one used by Gabbar Singh in Sholay. The shell doesn't fall when a bullet is fired from a revolver. For some strange reason Abhijeet had used a revolver in 'Abhijeet in Jail' and his 'Adalat'. 😕

3. A rifle or sniper or whatever...which has a telescope and is used to shoot long distance targets. I think these release the shell too.

Anyone having more information on this pls share...this is just for fun and GK.

I think the ones which our cops use look like this.
