Yeah that's my guess to he is going to make a very late entry in the series. Till then we may see him like we saw him in the promo. CID will not have his identification details because no one has seen him as he is never caught, so his identity can be concealed till the end or atleast closer to the end.

@Chinnu di... Yes there will be dialogs of HD before that final episode but they wont show his face during the delivery of those dialogs... his face will be in the Dark... They will reveal his face only in the last Episode, I think...
