See this....I went to the Baat Pakki forum just to see what people are discussing about that serial or whether there is anyone in that forum at all.

Then I found that the forum has a thread for Rules and Regulations!!! Our forum has far more visitors and I think we need this more than the others. Why can't we have one too, so that the new members don't start posting redundant topics.
