Okie first of all.. lemme tell you all that this is probably one of the very best episodes of CID. I totally loved it. It didnt have lots of story and drama but pure investigation. It showed that CID people can do what all kinds of jobs and honestly its a must - watch episode.
So although here is an update, I will try to make it as informative as I can but still I will recommend that you watch the episode yourself. For I am sure this is one episode, we all will remember till long as one of the few best ones!!!
Introduction :-
As I said everything about the Episode was excellent, starting right from the introduction. We are in some red stone made place - something like Rajasthan. And then its day time... lots of Sun shining.. and Daya does the introduction. He tells that lots of accidents happen every other day. And in an accident one can get hurt. Now if you get hurt somewhere else, thats k but if your brain gets hurt, one can even loose his or her memory. There are further, 2 damages that can occur to a person's brain - the bone from outside hits the brain inside and the other that the brain hits the bone and swells from that side. Now as brain is not like any other organ.. its special and delicate, therefore you see if it swells, blood clots are formed there and you loose memory. And you wont regain the memory till the swelling goes. So the brain ... the damaged part of brain basically stops working and thats what you call loosing memory. You dont regain the memory till say hours, months or maybe years. In some cases, he says, that the person forgot the basic ABC (english alphabets) or ka, kha, ga (hindi alphabets) or even ones own name!
Just then the camera goes to the left and we see Abhi come out from behind the pillars. Daya goes out of the screen. Abhi comes and tells that in this case, in a car accident, a girl got hurt and she was saved by luck. However, she lost her memory. Now just by chance, they noticed that there are 2 number plates on the car. So certainly something is wrong... but the girl cant remember a thing. She has completely lost her memory. But with 2 number plates...
Abhi was walking while speaking all this and when he speaks so, he comes forward to some shady place where Daya leans on a pillar and Abhi comes and stands beside Daya and completes - that with 2 number plates, they knew that something is really wrong!
[Ps - I know this isnt required in the update but I just thought to mention that this epi is definitely special else not more than 1 dude does the intro. Last time more than 1 did the intro in the Kerela wala case and before that in the case where ACP was hanged but saved... so I must say that this is definitely a special one!]
Episode - (sorry I missed the name, I was busy writing the update on a page so I can update it later in detail so... if you saw it, do temme and I will put it here)
There is an accident. Police is there on the sight. Its like a car has fallen down the road into water and the inspector is instructing to take it out carefully. Just then the CID trademark white jeep kinda car (sorry I dont know the model, I am very bad with cars) comes and stops behind the Police barrier. Abhi gets down the car... (the case is special even because I hardly saw Abhi drive before...) Abhi goes to the inspector and asks what happened? Inspector tells that accident and now they are pulling out the car. Abhi asked of the people inside the car? Inspector says that only a girl was driving the car and se was hurt and has been taken to hospital. Abhi asks the inspector to note details of the car and other stuff and then leaves seeing everything normal. He opens the door of his car, and just by chance gives the car being pulled out - a second look and what he notices, makes him shut the door and go to the car.
He demands the car to be kept down. This is done and he then sees the number plate... there are 2 number plates.. Abhi pulls out the upper one and it comes out. So certainly there is something wrong. He asks the inspector which hospital the girl is taken to and the inspector tells - M.M.Hospital.
Abhi goes to M.M.Hospital. He goes to the reception and asks for the girl from the accident and the lady there tells that she is in ICU. Abhi goes to the ICU and sees from outside. The girl is sleeping with all oxygen mask on and something more machines connected. He enters the room. The doctor inside protests but he tells he is from CID, so the doctor stays shut. He asks the doctor how is the girl. The doctor says that the girl is now out of danger. Just she is hurt on her head. Abhi asks if there is any identification of the girl? The doc tells that when the girl was brought to the Hospital, she was very serious and so there had been no time then to do any identification. So in short no identification done. Abhi asks then, that was there anything obtained from the girl? And doc says that usually in such cases the people around loot the goods but this girl has been lucky enough. The man who got her here was good one and so there is a bag with her. Doc asks the sister to get the bag. She gets it and gives to Abhi. Abhi says thnks and comes out with the bag.
He pulls out the purse from inside the bag. And then like he remembers something, he wears gloves before opening it but still he couldnt get himself to open it. He would touch the chain and pull back as if expecting it to explode the moment he would opn it. Then ABhi sees a nurse pass by and he calls her. He asks the sister to stay there while he opens the bag of the girl. The sister asks if he was gonna steal anything? And he says that if he had to steal, why will he ask the sister to be there. He says that he just wants her to be a witness of whatever content came out of the purse so that later no one suspects that he put it in there. The sister readily agrees.
Abhi opens the bag now calmly. There is perfume, then some lotion, then a bill of a hotel and then a driving licence. Abhi opens it and reads. The girl is named Anushka S and her address is also mentioned.
ACP, Freddie and Vivek go to the given address. The servant opens it and they ask if anyone's home and he nods and calls a lady. CID gets a little awkward in telling that Anushka met an accident. But they do and the girl is kind of disgusted hearing it. They then ask that how is the lady related to Anushka. And the lady says that she herself is Anushka and they are comin and telling that she met an accident while she stand right there in front of them. ACP is like how is this possible and the girl kind of gets angry thinking all this to be a stupid prank.
Abhi is outside the ICU when ACP, Freddie, VIvek and Anushka 2 arrive. Abhi asked what happened and then Daya tells him that this another girl claims to be Anushka. Anushka 2 tells the same things and then shows her license and PAN Card. Its authentic, CID has checked it. ACP takes out the licence of Anushka 1 and compares it. He tells that it is exactly same except for the photograph. ACP says that there is a problem certainly. Like the girl had 2 number plates on her car, maybe even this is fraud. Both the number plates on the car were also fraud. Abhi says why will the girl pose to be Anushka only? Anushka 2 says that like her number plates are fraud even she must be fraud...
They go inside the ICU and Anushka 2 sees Anushka 1 and kind of looses control. Anushka 1 is just waking up, trying to adapt to her surroundings and Anushka 2 starts shouting right away. Anushka 1 complains of headache. Anushka 1 doesnt even listen to Anushka 2 and says her own things.. she asks who got her here? She cant remember anything and doesnt even get a thing. Meanwhile Anushka 2 is shouting on her about who is she and why did she potray to be Anushka.. the doc and the sister continuous say her to keep silent but she wont listen. Finally ACP had to be firm and only then did she shut up. Daya tells Anushka 1 about her accident and the 2 number plates and she still cant remember a thing. Abhi asks her to stop acting and speak... Anushka 1 is asked her name and she cant even remember it and so she kind of gets hyper nervous and does some emotional acts... too energetic though. ACP is fed up of acting. The patient gets too energetic and the doc asks sister to give her sleep injection. ACP says this was only left...
Abhi sees what else was in the purse and he remembers the bill... he shows it for now only this is the other clue left. It was of a hotel and more than 5000. So certainly a girl alone cant eat stuff of worth 5000, so she must have been accompanied by some more people. ACP, Daya and Freddie go to the restaurant. There they go and ask the manager... and he first thinks them to be guests and offers a table but then ACP tells they are from CID, so he gets a little serious. ACP show him the photo and ask if he had seen this girl. She dined here last night and she had a bill of the place. She must have dined here or must have stolen the bill.. the manager himself says why will someone steal a bill and so he sees the pic but he says that he hasnt seen the girl. He then demands to see the bill. The date, time and also the table number is mentioned on the table. The manager sees that the bill is for 10:30 pm Table no 12... he tells that waiter Shyam must have done the service there. They call Shyam... Shyam recognises the girl instantly and tells that she was accompnied by 2 guys. One of them was tall, wearing goggles and all looking like hero and the other was a little short and bald. CID asks if he remembers where they left to? Shyam tells that he doesnt know this but before leaving they asked the way to Green Palace.
CID goes there now... Only ACP, Daya and Freddie. ACP gives the description of the guys same as Shyam gave at the reception. Firstly the manager is kind of reluctant but when he sees its CID and also Daya threatens, so he tells that the guys are here in Room number 106 but the girl isnot there.
In Room number 106, there is TV on inside. 2 guys of that description are watching it. The hero one is irritated with the bald one for seeing so much TV. He was worried about someone (a girl) not calling. The bald one says that dont worry.she might have got stuck up somewhere and she will call and then as they change channel, they see the news about the accident. Both the guys are stunned - they say Julias's car. They say that they need to get her out of the hospital anyhow. Just then CID comes to the corridoor and outside room no 106....Daya declares that CID is there and asks them to open the door.. the door doesnt open but there are bullets fired from inside on the door. Daya and ACP get side while Freddie was already behind ACP. ACP asks Daya and Freddie to send others away. There are other people in the corridor roaming nicely... they are asked to get in and safe... and then ACP asks Daya to break the door.. Daya does so and they enter...no one is in the room.. its completely empty... however there is a balcony left open... they all rush to see it and see 2 people had just jumped and were running.. Daya too jumps down the balcony to chase them.. however on the way, one of the men, pushes a guy into the swimming pool and thus Daya takes a second into consideration and then decides to save a life than catching a criminal and so he jumps into pool.. though they didnt show Daya into the pool... which they should for u know his skin glows when he is wet... eep :P ... back to the update...
Inside the room, ACP and Freddie check the room thouroughly.. every nook every corner.. its like a wild search.. and then ACP checks under a table... and its like a computer table and where we keep the keyboard there on the upper side was an envelope pasted there. ACP takes it and opens it.. there is a negative inside.. ACP calls Freddie. Daya comes and tells that the people escaped.... Freddie is asked by ACP to develop the negative..
Meanwhile CID gets made the sketches of both the guys. ACP suggests that they may be 'poorane paapi' and so their information might be in their records. Abhi volunteers to check it and searches the records.. there is interesting news.. he found the records, not in CID records but in Interpol. They have UK Passports. Their names are Vicky and Prateek. Both of them are wanted for 11 murders. They do kidnappings but donot let go of the hostage even after getting the money. Just then the phone rings... Freddie picks it up and says very good. He tells that the photograph sent for development was emailed to them via email. ABhi opens the account (gmail) and they see the pic... its of a boy in early twenty or late teens.. he was tied to a chair and mouth covered and was in some deserted abandoned under construction building. The boy looks like belonging to a decent family. Then ACP demands to find out who the boy was.. then Vivek tells that he remembers seeing the boy (here is a flaw.. the pic never shows the boys face well enough and Vivek recognises him so well!! duh!!) Anyways.. Vivek says he saw the pic of the same boy in Page 3.. in a party pics.. he was Yashwardhan, son of Harshwardhan. Everyone is glad with Vivek and then ACP asks to find Harshwardhan's address....
In Harshwardhan's house.. the climate is really senti. Harshwardhan tells that the kidnappers have asked for 5 crores.. he doesnt mind paying the price. He can give even more and he will get his son. He asks CID to leave as the kidnappers had asked them not to contact the Police. ACP tells Harshwardhan about the record of the kidnappers. He tells that the kidnappers will kidd their son no matter the money is sent or not. Harshwardhan and his wife both get alot of senti.. Harshwardhan (from now Harsh... as this name is really too long to type) readily accepts CID's help. Mum tells that get my son... Daya gives some kind words and ensures that CID will get their son alive at all costs including their lives... CID asks where did the kidnappers call with the money? Harsh tells that they havent yet been asked anything but the kidnappers will call today at 2. Its 1 o clock and so just 1 hour for the kidnappers to call..
CID is there in the house waiting.. all things are set. Freddie has set up all the required things and sits ready.. ACP is pacing along with Harsh. Its just 1:40, another 20 minutes...
Call comes at 2.. Harsh is nervous.. ACP ensures everything is ready and then asks Harsh to pick up through hands free but talk atleast for 40 seconds.. only then will Freddie be able to track the guy... Harsh picks up. Initially the guy is angry why was Harsh so late in picking up.. he speaks rubbish for a while and then tells him to come on Malad Highway, Newspaper building... ALONE! Immidiately after giving the address, he hungs up and its just 39 seconds.. if he had talked just one more second, they could have got him but ACP says never mind they still got the chance to catch him.
CID readies Harsh to leave.. they tell that Abhi will be hiding in his car and the others will closely follow. The mother is crying... they attach a small microphone in his pocket and say that this way they will know what Harsh and the kidnapper talk. Also Abhi shows the tracking device which they will put on the bag of money so they know where the money is gone even if they loose track of the kidnappers.
Everything is as told. Harshwardhan in car at the spot he was called to.. then a phone ring.. Harsh very sweetly tells ABhi that ur phone is ringing and Abhi is like its nt mine! So ABhi says that the kidnappers must have placed a phone here and then they search the phone and find it and then Harsh picks up.. the kidnapper starts giving instructions.. he asks to come straight and then at some distance park the car at the side and cross the road.. ACP asks Freddie to follow Harsh and while they come in car... Harsh is asked to sit in a taxi waiting for him.. Freddie see him go and follows in Auto... after some distance, kidnapper ask Harsh to get down and leave the bag of money in the taxi. Harsh asks about his son and the kidnapper says if u do as told, ur son will come back. CID comes to where Harsh was dropped by Taxi. Harsh tells them all the things the kidnapper said. ACP asks him to get in the car immidiately and then they follow the taxi. They loose track of Taxi but are followin the signal of the tracking device. It seems fix at a place... CID goes there and finds that the kidnapper had taken the money and dropped the bag here empty! Daya calls Freddie.. Freddie was followin the taxi but he too lost it ... however he had noted the taxi number which he gave to Daya.. just then Harsh gets a call from the kidnappers.. they know that Harsh took help of CID and they are angry about it and say that now Harsh shall never see his son again. Abhi comes then.. Abhi is told about all the developments made.. he said its k if they lost track of the taxi but as they have the taxi number, he has quite a few connections in the taxi agency and can find about the taxi... ACP is glad about it..
ABhi calls at the Taxi Union to Ramesh.. both seem like lost frnds.. Ramesh is glad to hear from ABhi.. ABhi tells that in a case they were following a taxi bt lost it and if Ramesh could help.. Ramesh is eager to help... he finds abt the Taxi whose number ABhi tells. Ramesh tells that the taxi is of Kandilal bt the bad news is that Kandilal reported that it got stolen. Indeed bad news but then ABhi gets a brilliant idea.. he tells that nowdays all taxi drivers carry a mobile and so if possible Ramesh can tell all the taxi drivers to watch out for this taxi and as soon as they get any news about it , they can contact CID... Ramesh does that. He takes help of 2 - 3 taxi drivers and calls others around...
There is a city - wide look out for the taxi.. one driver (if u see Balika Vadhu, this guy plays Gehna's dad there) sees the taxi and calls CID... CID ask him to follow and inform while they catch up. The so much wanted taxi turns into some port place - its all deserted except for boats and ships. the taxi stops there and then the driver gets out... he is the bald man with wig. He takes a bag out and then is glad about it and all.. just then the second taxi pulls up.. the man informer... gets out and calls CID tells them where the taxi stopped.. bt jus then the bald man comes and hit him on head... he realises that CID will be here soon, he he hurries up deserte building.. which are like one under construction but the contractor forgot to complete them..
THe second kidnapper is there with Yashwardhan... he is saying that be ready to die.. he asks yashwardhan his last wish but just then the bald man comes there with money and the two are happy for a while bt then they get back to business and are about to shoot Yashwardhan when a bullet is fired.. it hits their hand and ACP calls... Both the kidnappers are caught... the bald one tries to be brave but then Daya gives a good tight slap and they both fall silent. Harsh comes to meet his son. Harsh thanks CID... just then Anushka (the one injured in car) comes... she comes running to Vicky bt then sees CID and runs away but CID knows better.. they catch her.. and then she confesses..
Waise ACP calls her JUlia so they already knew that these people are trained well known kidnappers wanted by the Interpol and also by other countries bt are now finally caught by CID Mumbai... bt she tells that they are kidnappers.. she tells that when she woke in the hospital and saw CID there, she got worried and so she pretended to loose memory. As soon as she got a chance, she hit the lady constable watching over her and escaped as a constable..
Neways.. they are caught and ACP tells that there are 2 phansi's (sorry I donno what u tell them in english) are waiting for them!

Daya too jumps down the balcony to chase them.. however on the way, one of the men, pushes a guy into the swimming pool and thus Daya takes a second into consideration and then decides to save a life than catching a criminal and so he jumps into pool.. though they didnt show Daya into the pool... which they should for u know his skin glows when he is wet... eep :P ... back to the update...
Inside the room, ACP and Freddie check the room thouroughly.. every nook every corner.. its like a wild search.. and then ACP checks under a table... and its like a computer table and where we keep the keyboard there on the upper side was an envelope pasted there. ACP takes it and opens it.. there is a negative inside.. ACP calls Freddie. Daya comes and tells that the people escaped.... Freddie is asked by ACP to develop the negative..
Meanwhile CID gets made the sketches of both the guys. ACP suggests that they may be 'poorane paapi' and so their information might be in their records. Abhi volunteers to check it and searches the records.. there is interesting news.. he found the records, not in CID records but in Interpol. They have UK Passports. Their names are Vicky and Prateek. Both of them are wanted for 11 murders. They do kidnappings but donot let go of the hostage even after getting the money. Just then the phone rings... Freddie picks it up and says very good. He tells that the photograph sent for development was emailed to them via email. ABhi opens the account (gmail) and they see the pic... its of a boy in early twenty or late teens.. he was tied to a chair and mouth covered and was in some deserted abandoned under construction building. The boy looks like belonging to a decent family. Then ACP demands to find out who the boy was.. then Vivek tells that he remembers seeing the boy (here is a flaw.. the pic never shows the boys face well enough and Vivek recognises him so well!! duh!!) Anyways.. Vivek says he saw the pic of the same boy in Page 3.. in a party pics.. he was Yashwardhan, son of Harshwardhan. Everyone is glad with Vivek and then ACP asks to find Harshwardhan's address....
In Harshwardhan's house.. the climate is really senti. Harshwardhan tells that the kidnappers have asked for 5 crores.. he doesnt mind paying the price. He can give even more and he will get his son. He asks CID to leave as the kidnappers had asked them not to contact the Police. ACP tells Harshwardhan about the record of the kidnappers. He tells that the kidnappers will kidd their son no matter the money is sent or not. Harshwardhan and his wife both get alot of senti.. Harshwardhan (from now Harsh... as this name is really too long to type) readily accepts CID's help. Mum tells that get my son... Daya gives some kind words and ensures that CID will get their son alive at all costs including their lives... CID asks where did the kidnappers call with the money? Harsh tells that they havent yet been asked anything but the kidnappers will call today at 2. Its 1 o clock and so just 1 hour for the kidnappers to call..
CID is there in the house waiting.. all things are set. Freddie has set up all the required things and sits ready.. ACP is pacing along with Harsh. Its just 1:40, another 20 minutes...
Call comes at 2.. Harsh is nervous.. ACP ensures everything is ready and then asks Harsh to pick up through hands free but talk atleast for 40 seconds.. only then will Freddie be able to track the guy... Harsh picks up. Initially the guy is angry why was Harsh so late in picking up.. he speaks rubbish for a while and then tells him to come on Malad Highway, Newspaper building... ALONE! Immidiately after giving the address, he hungs up and its just 39 seconds.. if he had talked just one more second, they could have got him but ACP says never mind they still got the chance to catch him.
CID readies Harsh to leave.. they tell that Abhi will be hiding in his car and the others will closely follow. The mother is crying... they attach a small microphone in his pocket and say that this way they will know what Harsh and the kidnapper talk. Also Abhi shows the tracking device which they will put on the bag of money so they know where the money is gone even if they loose track of the kidnappers.
Everything is as told. Harshwardhan in car at the spot he was called to.. then a phone ring.. Harsh very sweetly tells ABhi that ur phone is ringing and Abhi is like its nt mine! So ABhi says that the kidnappers must have placed a phone here and then they search the phone and find it and then Harsh picks up.. the kidnapper starts giving instructions.. he asks to come straight and then at some distance park the car at the side and cross the road.. ACP asks Freddie to follow Harsh and while they come in car... Harsh is asked to sit in a taxi waiting for him.. Freddie see him go and follows in Auto... after some distance, kidnapper ask Harsh to get down and leave the bag of money in the taxi. Harsh asks about his son and the kidnapper says if u do as told, ur son will come back. CID comes to where Harsh was dropped by Taxi. Harsh tells them all the things the kidnapper said. ACP asks him to get in the car immidiately and then they follow the taxi. They loose track of Taxi but are followin the signal of the tracking device. It seems fix at a place... CID goes there and finds that the kidnapper had taken the money and dropped the bag here empty! Daya calls Freddie.. Freddie was followin the taxi but he too lost it ... however he had noted the taxi number which he gave to Daya.. just then Harsh gets a call from the kidnappers.. they know that Harsh took help of CID and they are angry about it and say that now Harsh shall never see his son again. Abhi comes then.. Abhi is told about all the developments made.. he said its k if they lost track of the taxi but as they have the taxi number, he has quite a few connections in the taxi agency and can find about the taxi... ACP is glad about it..
ABhi calls at the Taxi Union to Ramesh.. both seem like lost frnds.. Ramesh is glad to hear from ABhi.. ABhi tells that in a case they were following a taxi bt lost it and if Ramesh could help.. Ramesh is eager to help... he finds abt the Taxi whose number ABhi tells. Ramesh tells that the taxi is of Kandilal bt the bad news is that Kandilal reported that it got stolen. Indeed bad news but then ABhi gets a brilliant idea.. he tells that nowdays all taxi drivers carry a mobile and so if possible Ramesh can tell all the taxi drivers to watch out for this taxi and as soon as they get any news about it , they can contact CID... Ramesh does that. He takes help of 2 - 3 taxi drivers and calls others around...
There is a city - wide look out for the taxi.. one driver (if u see Balika Vadhu, this guy plays Gehna's dad there) sees the taxi and calls CID... CID ask him to follow and inform while they catch up. The so much wanted taxi turns into some port place - its all deserted except for boats and ships. the taxi stops there and then the driver gets out... he is the bald man with wig. He takes a bag out and then is glad about it and all.. just then the second taxi pulls up.. the man informer... gets out and calls CID tells them where the taxi stopped.. bt jus then the bald man comes and hit him on head... he realises that CID will be here soon, he he hurries up deserte building.. which are like one under construction but the contractor forgot to complete them..
THe second kidnapper is there with Yashwardhan... he is saying that be ready to die.. he asks yashwardhan his last wish but just then the bald man comes there with money and the two are happy for a while bt then they get back to business and are about to shoot Yashwardhan when a bullet is fired.. it hits their hand and ACP calls... Both the kidnappers are caught... the bald one tries to be brave but then Daya gives a good tight slap and they both fall silent. Harsh comes to meet his son. Harsh thanks CID... just then Anushka (the one injured in car) comes... she comes running to Vicky bt then sees CID and runs away but CID knows better.. they catch her.. and then she confesses..
Waise ACP calls her JUlia so they already knew that these people are trained well known kidnappers wanted by the Interpol and also by other countries bt are now finally caught by CID Mumbai... bt she tells that they are kidnappers.. she tells that when she woke in the hospital and saw CID there, she got worried and so she pretended to loose memory. As soon as she got a chance, she hit the lady constable watching over her and escaped as a constable..
Neways.. they are caught and ACP tells that there are 2 phansi's (sorry I donno what u tell them in english) are waiting for them!
