@lotus: well I thought there cud be a post letting every1 knw about it... and they can PM one member (maybe the member who posts that topic) their pic... or if they don't want their pic to be posted online then maybe just a feature like eyes or something... probably give the members a week or two to do so... and then after that time another topic could be opened with all the pictures posted on it and the names of all the members who sent the pictures at the bottom... the members then have to match the member with the picture... after a while all can be revealed and there could probably be a siggy for the person who guesses the most right...
