Epi starts with isha looking for jobs in the paper but doesnt see the name change ad...and as she was about to look...masi turns up the radio...and isha tells her to turn it down as neighbours will be distrubed. And then as she is about to return to the page...her neighbour shouts at her as the radio is too loud and her son's exam is tomorrow. how is he going to study. and isha says sorry aunty..it wont happen again. and isha goes to masi...and takes the radio. and thinks how is this going to happen? How am i going to find ira...and how will i work and how will i look after masi. Pls show me the way matarani. and on radio she hears that a woman found her dad thru radio...and then she hears that on MYRADIO to become an RJ positions are available and only two more days are left. Isha says i m going to go and give audition. and when ira hears my voice she will come to me...and i will get work as well. I m going to go.
At MYRADIO host bipin intros himself..and there is lot of hula. and isha comes there and says i m here too...isha rawat. and all look at her. she is in salwar kameez. and she walks in timidly. She says auditions are going on here right...and a girl says not for any village radio here...anyways take a seat...i will call u. and isha sits down. one by one everyone is going in to give the audition...and they come out complaining..god knows what she wants...she blew my confidence away. and all that go in come out complaining. and isha is getting nervous. and then isha is sent in. Isha gets up slowly and all nervous. the girl is looking at her and says u also think...this is audition room and over there exit door...where do u want to go?? and she says i m telling u to go to the exit door...as it is boss has a less time...and isha stares at the door and the girl says next!!!! and isha says i will go to the audition room. and the girl says ur wish.
and inside the boss naina..is saying where have these ppl come from and look at their CVs. and some woman says clam down naina.. it is an open audition so all type of ppl are coming. and naina says zero talent. I have been audiotioning since yesterday...and nothing. and isha slowly opens the door. and is listening to naina shouting...like today's youth have no talent. and then a man syas naina next candidate. and she looks at isha and says pls come in. and isha walks in slowly. and looks at cvs thrown on the floor. Naina says wow!! file?? and isha gives it to her. and says name. and she says isha rawat. and naina says u have two mins...and isha says meaning...and naina says wow...she doesnt know english...show me somthing isha rawatji. and the man says isha go in that room and there is a mike there..start speaking. isha enters the room and stands in front of the mike.
Naina says whats ur catch phrase...and isha looks..naina throws the ball at the glass...and shouts..come on!! u dont know what a catch phrase is.!!! and u want to be a jockey. naina says get out of here...i said get out. isha syas maam pls give me one chance...and naina syas one chance...and opens her file and syas whats in this file..bloody down market hindi medium. and isha says maam u gave me 2 mins and i still have one min...and naina says listen...and the man says naina lets give her a chance. and then isha says namaskar bombay!!! naina syas dahatee...this is ur catch pharse!!! and naina is upset. and isha syas one min maam!! whats so dahatee in namaskar bombay!!! whats so dehatee in speaking hindi!?? and naina is shocked. u know maam...ppl who listen to radio 80% ppl know hindi..they are middle class ppl who travel in buses and live in homes without ac. among those 50% of the public is above 40..they dont want to here hi hello whats up...they are used to speaking namaskar!!! and there is no greeting better then namaskar. when we bow our hands and says namaskar there is respect for each other. isha says sorry maam..even i m thinking i came to a wrong place...cause a person who has no respect for their national language...i dont want to work there. My one min is over...thank you for giving me ur time...and naina is watching all this...and sits back in her chair...and isha opens the door to walk out...and naina says Isha rawat...and signals isha to come to her. isha walks to her slowly...naina says dont stand here and stare at me...go inside and start working. and isha is shocked. and nanian says yes i m right...she said right...80% of my listeners are dehaatee...so who better then her.!!! and naina calls rosy and show isha the ropes!! isha will be in 2 month training.
Ira says to dress designer Jay that she doesnt like the dress he has designed and asks him to create a dress which has been worn by no one...and she will give him money. Isha is sitting in the RJ seat...and thinking 2 months are enuff...I will work hard and become RJ and will find my ira. and then isha imagines her little ira...and her telling isha now no one can stop us from meeting each other...and isha syas yes meri ira...i will meet u soon. Rosy comes in to get isha...to learn the ropes...and ira and isha wave bye to each other.
and then all give isha food orders and isha says where is canteen. and a guy says...order the food on intercom...and all laughing amongest themselves. they give isha naina's #...and isha is ordering tea and coffe...and nanina says who is speaking and isha says isha...!!! and naina is pissed. and naina plays along...and isha continues to order. and isha says everything should be here in 10 mins. and naina comes out talking on the phone to isha...and isha says sorry maam i didnt know it was you!!! Isha says sorry maam.!!! and isha is shocked !!!
Pre-cap -- Naina is yelling at her RJ saying how dare u come here in this state...now tell me...how am i suppose to bring a new RJ in next 10 mins. and the rj all drunk smiles and says where are u going to get it from???
