Chapter 1

It was the night of their (Dev and Radhika's) marriage. The whole atmosphere at the Purohit's and Shastri's house was full of hustle and bustle. It was filled with exciting tone of the relatives….

The happiness that Mr.purohit was receiving at that moment was undescribable for him as because his only son who he wanted to get settle was finaling getting married, there was a bright grin lingering on his face all the time telling that how much happy he is….

On the other hand ladies of the house were full busy with wedding work. Then dadima with excited tone 'chalo aab bharat inkalne kah samay hogeya hai' in a bit loud pitch she said.

Here in his room dev was sitting on his bed dressed up in the bridegroom's outfit with a mixture of angry and sad expression! He was angry because his marrying someone he didn't want to and was misssing lot s of his important meetings! was sad because he couldn't do any thing about it as he was uptight due to the situation!

Dadi placing a hand on his cheek loving ' aaj hum bahut khush hai tere liye. Tere dad toh sabse zyada hai kyuki joh vo itne samay se chaha raha tha voh aaj hone ja raha hai' she said with a smile on her face.

'haa beta aaj hamare liye bahut khushi ka din hai, iss ghar ka ek laute bete ki shadi jo hain' Vaishali said with a tinge of excitement.

'acha acha aab bas bhi karo yeh emotional bate'! Mrinalini quipped in. ' warna hume der ho jaigi.

Everyone looked towards the door hearing that and found Mrinalini….

Then looking back at dev Dadi said 'aree haa hum toh tumme niche bhoolane ke liye aaye they, voh bharat inkalne ka samay hogeya hai'

Par hum toh yaha aah kar tumse bate karne main lag gaye' Vaishali said smilingly.

They all than proceed outside for there daparture.

At Shastri's place… there house was decorated beautifully with lots of colorful lights and flowers making the place appear as gorgeous as ever…. devki and shastrijee was immersed in their work not having a break to even breathe! Vishaka was also lending her hand to help as wel but uninteresringly as she was really not happy about this marriage and due to this her heart was gathering alot of hatred towards radhika!

But in all this excitement and noise there was one person who was in a very devastating state! It was the bride herself 'Radhika'…. She was sitting infront of the mirror adorned with bridal wear and jewelries looking at herself but was in a deep thought and could hardly hear any noise as she was too lost in her own mind!

Suddenly one of her cousin ran up to her in excitement and in a loud pitch she said 'bharat wale aagay, bharat wale aagay!

Radhika jerked her head towards her cousin in shocked, as the bharat came abit too early for her!

She quickly went towards the window to see. In her thoughts 'oh god! Itne jhaldi kaise aage yeh log…damn, thore der baat nahi asakte they!

Outside shastrijee and devki hurriedly went towards the gate to welcome them…

Everybody were dancing and singing in the bharat including Dadi. It was a very uproarious atmosphere! Mr. Purohit due to his condition came in the car with Vaishali which was right behind the bharat….

okay guyx dis chpt 1, i am really nervous about how wud u guyz react after reading, hope u like it...if not than do tell.

Chapter 2

As the bharat reached near the gate dadi stopped 'acha bhai aab yeh band bhaja zara band

karo' then looking back found shastrijee and devki with a smile lingering on their faces standing at the gate to welcome them….

Dadi then called Mrinalini 'mrinalini beta zara idhar aana' hearing this Mrinalini rushed to her 'jee dadima kahiye???

Dadi 'beta jao dev ko uttar kar lao' she said.

Mrinalini went towards dev who was sitting on a horse with a irritated expression on his face with vivek. Mrinalini: 'chalo dev aab tumara uttarne ka samay ageya hai' 'aur faasi chard ne ka bhi' came viveks voice from the back!

Hearing this remark Mrinalini gave a deadly look to vivek to which vivek nervously said 'just a joke honey' and quickly went away to join arjun and dipika. Mrinalini laughed at that! But dev was not interested in their stupid fights so just quietly got off from the horse.

'aapni jiju ki baat mat suno tum, vo toh ek nambar ka ghada hai' Mrinalini said laughingly.

Then suddenly went silent looking at dev as he was so quite and did even have a smile on his face!

'kya hua dev tum itne chup kyun ho'? she asked concernly….but before dev could answer Mr. purohit voice came in 'aree tum log abhi tak yahi ho'? They both looked at their dad.

'bas dad hum log jahee rahe they' said Mrinalini

'acha aab chalo bhi dadi intezaar kar rahee hogi' said Vaishali who was wheeling Mr. purohits wheel chair.

Mean while at the gate 'namaste maaji, aapka bahut bahut suhagat hain' said shastrijee with a smile.

'namaste namaste ' dadi said happily to them.

Then from the back the others also joined in and greeted each other warmly. Then Mrinalini brought dev to the front where devki did his arti and then they all entered inside the big shade where the 'mandap' was.

As they entered, there eyes started roaming around scanning the whole place as it was so beautifully decorated!

'Oohhoo arjunjee kitna khubsurat decoration kya hai nah' said deepika excitedly.

Arjun just gave a nod to that and kept on looking.

'Mujhe toh yeh sab dhek kar humari shadi ki din yaad aa rahi hain' blushingly deepika said

aur mujhe meri barbadhi ka'! said arjun sarcastisly…. 'jee' she said in surprise

Bringing a smile on his face arjun said 'aree baba bas mazak kar raha tha'! and put his arm around deepika's shoulder….

Saach main brijmohan bahut hee khubsurat tayariya tumne ki hai' said mr.purohit delightfully.

Aree mara dost mara samdhi banne jha raha hai toh in khushi main kuch bhi khammiya nahi hone doonga' grinning shadtrijee said.

They all made there way to their respective seats. While dev sat at the mandap 'abhi thori hee dhar main mari shadi ho jayi gi aur main kuch bhi nahi kar sakta'! dev thought to himself.

Inside the house Radhika's heart beat kept on increasing rapidly as the time of her marriage was coming close second by second! She was just pacing in her room with lots of thoughts going on inside her mind! Ohh kanha main kya karun, jee karta hain ke main yaha se kahi door bhagjau…then halting in the middle of the room 'par eesa karne se sirf badnami hogi mari family aur unclejee (Mr.purohit) ki bhi! 'main agar kuch kar sakti hoon toh yeh shadi jo main nahi chahati'! then looking up 'aab kanha aap hee meri help kijiye' then with a down face sat down on her bed.

Here everybodt were settled at their places and at the mandap the panditjee did some rasm and pooja with dev after which he called shastrijee.

'Shastrijee zara suniye' the priest said… 'haan panditjee kahiye'?

'voh valbala ka samay ho chukka hain, zara dhulhan ko bula laiye'

hearing this everyone got excited as the bride was about to come but dev was all normal and did not have any change of reaction!

shastrijee hurriedly looked at devki 'devkijee radhika betiya ko leh aao'

'jee abhi layi' saying this she quickly went inside to fetch the dulhan…

but before entering inside she found vishaka all alone standing at one corner with eyes filled tears…misunderstanding the reason that her daughter was crying because her sister was about to get married and leave her, but least did devki know that the person she loves is getting married to her sister that caused this tears!

'vishaka' devki said lovingly

quickly wiping away her tears 'jee maa'…coming closer to her 'mujhe pata hai ki ti kyun roh rahi hain' she said holding one side of her cheek. Vishaka's eyes went wide as she thought that her mother has come to know about the love she has for dev! But then 'tuh isliye roh rahi kyunki teri bahein shadi kar ke ja rahi nah' devki said a little sadly… hearing this vishaka got relieved 'thank god maa ko nahi pata chala ki main asal main kyun roh rahi thi' she said with a sigh…

Then looking towards her mom 'nahi maa yeh toh baas esehee' she said with a tinge of sadness in her voice.

Devki then wanted to say something but then she stopped… 'acha main radhika ko lene jah rahi hoon…tuh bhi chal mere saath' sahe said with a smile.

Vishaka who started to hate radhika and didn't even want see her face so with a lie she excused herself quickly!

Devki came inside Radhika's room only too find her pacing in the room! She than hurriedly went too her 'bete kya hua tuh esse chaal kyun rahu'???

Suddenly looking at her mother 'erm mmm woh main…main…kuch nahi maa bas esse hee' she finally said

'kuch toh baat hain beta joh….' 'maa kuch bhi nahi hain, aap kamaka fikar kar rahi ho' radhika interrupted devki with a little confidence in her voice just to make her mom believe her!

'tuh kaha rayi ho toh theek hain…aree main toh tumme lana ayi thi voh varmala ka samay hogeya hai nah' hearing this radhika's heart missed a bit but she controlled herself as she has made her mind that she will try to give a chance to this new relation that is going to be form…

Devki then holding her shoulder 'chale' radhika just gave a smile… few of her cousins also joined in and together they brought the bride towards the mandap. As soon as everybody saw the bride coming they all stood up including dev.

Bringing Radhika in the mandap devki made her stood infront of dev. The marriage rituals begunned and the pundit started saying mantras. In the whole session on their marriage neither dev nor radhika looked at each other!

After the marriage got finished the pundit with a loud pitch announced dev and radhika as husband and wife! Hearing this both of their heart missed a beat…but everyone else were very happy and were congratulating each other. The most happy person at that moment was Mr.purohit as his akhri kwaish was now fulfilled.

Abb aap dono apne badho ka ashirwath le ligiye' punditjee said. So they took blessings from all the elders.

'bahut badai ho surendra (mr.purohit)' said shastrijee with a pleasant grin.

'tumme bhi bahut mubarak ho mere dost' replied Mr. purohit with excitement!

This way everyone happily exchanged their warm 'muhbarak baad' to each other!
