When CB made its exit all of us were angry with both the PH and the channel as they closed a serial which had decent TRPS. We also heard that because of some kind of fight between PH and the channel the show was pulled off air. Now is the PH trying to force the issue on ZEE to bring back CB by leaking info to various news sources? ZEE is still keeping mum---interesting turn of events. Let us keep our fingers crossed and hope to hear a positive and authenticate info on CB season 2.

Ever since Rubina and Avinash came back from their successful tour

CB has been in lime-light and all the other shows have completely gone into oblivion. The kind of publicity that CB is getting now it looks like something is really cooking. Personally I was mad with the PH for not having pulled Sangini then and save CB, they would have atleast had the audience on their side. But the way things are being played out it looks like the PH has a lot to gain by forcing the issue on the channel, they get both CB and Sangini, for having brought in CB2 they can lure their audience for Sangini. Let us see who wins this game of strategy.😉

Thanks for the articles. It seems that something is going on. Ever since that tour to US and Trinidad, they are promoted like anything. Not sure if CB2 is in the offering. I have a feeling that they are looking for the feedback. Both the production house and the channel seem to be feeling desperate as neither's shows are doing great.

It seems that they are realizing that Avinash and Rubina were very popular. What they fail to understand is that the script along with the cast was responsible for the ratings of the show. They will not be able to lure back the lost fan base if they do not bring them back with a better script that won't be ruined midway. If CB2 is continuation of CB1, then they better show punishments for appropriate people.

Anyway, hopefully forum members' expectations won't be dashed by the channel and the production house again.
