Angie don't be in awe...this writing is my salute to my favourite author (atleast I am trying).....he was known as the Lewis Carol of Bengal but he went a step further than that...he wrote brilliant satires and poems using nonsense and humour as a criticism of the society..his name was Sukumar Ray and he was the father of the ace film director Satyajit Ray.One of my favourite story books is one named HoJoBoRoLo (the bengali version of hindi alphabets hjbrl) and this story that I am writing has taken some concepts from that one........the ducks and sticks were not there........thats me...........but that one had what is 7times 2....and the answer was 4 and you will have a pencil in your hand......the complex maths was not there.....but the idea of complex maths not able to explain anything that is not logical is there. I think it has been translated into English, so if possible try to get hold of this book. I have read the english translations of some of his poems. Although they are good but I always find something missing. Translating Sukumar Ray is very difficult because some of the names and situations are very bengali and does not have anything similar in another language.

Thanks for the information. Will see if I can get hold of his books. Your last piece was very good. Especially, loved the stick and the rope for the duck part. But, what happened to the angry goat? Is that coming in the next episode?

Thanks Angie. The goat most probably will be the end of the next part.....next part will be more of this jyotish and moon....followed by the goat.

Chalhov it looks like you are lost? Need help?😉 Photograph..well that was the start of the story.....wait and watch what happens to the photograph. It is there in the lost store room and now that room will come back... all depends on the moon.😃😉.......so the TRPs are very important.😉

Wait wait wait, i have a slight confusion, does the identity too change due to the moon..........Before I could even open my mouth Madhav kaka continue........ Was not Raghav kaka supposed to be talking, or he was switched due to the moon n river??😕

By the way, loved when Kaka said that Radhika got bored n left out the picture..........its hilarious............ Thanks again🤗

Everytime I read an explanation from Raghav Kaka, I was like "W*H?!!!"

It is not easy to write something which defies logic!!
And to write something with this childlike innocence, I feel this fantasy thinking is what you used to do when you were a child?

Kudos for writing such a story. Whats next ...?

p.s: I think there is a small mistake in the 2nd para - '"What photograph?" said Madhav kaka giving me a weird look."
Here it should have been Raghav Kaka and not Madhav Kaka, bcos "you" (in the story) were talking to the twin brother Raghav and not Madhav?

The sillyness comes from the child like innocence and Bee you are right, this used to be my favourite past time when I was a kid.......mainly what will the animals say if they knew how to talk. Actually I still do it.😳😃
