Like Laurel and Hardy, The Three Stooges were known for slap-schtick comedy. Their farsical routine usually involved someone slapping someone else over something utterly mundane. Watching Choti Bahu the last few weeks reminds me of a Three Stooges comedy routine:
**Daadima slaps Vishakha over mehndi rasam
**Amma slaps Vishakha over bride swap and re-swap
**Amma slaps Vishakha over God alone knows what (after the first one do I care to remember - heck NO!)
**Radhika slaps Vishakha over suicide attempt (heck, left up to me, I would be pushing Vish down the well myself!)
**Now supposedly today we will see Vishakha slapping Radhika (and something tells me that Amma will be clapping - I said CLAPPING, not SLAPPING - on the sidelines like a bandariya (monkey)!)
**Seeing this drama, next Dev will come charging in and slapping Vishakha (and Shashtriji will turn aside and let out a giggle/chuckle - you choose!)
And the drum roll please......
**Amma standing on the sidelines will stop clapping, complete the cycle and slap Dev
