Are Dev and Rads considered

a couple as per Shastriji and Dev??? Didn't Shastriji say that this is as good as the marriage ceremony, so will Shastriji give Rads hand to Dev too? Ofcourse in secret where Vish, Amma, Devki, Dev , Rads and Shastriji are involved and maybe Dev will confide in Birju so he will know too...this is until Shastriji and Dev find out that Rads is his ONLY wife, not Vish!? Can't say which way the story will go, but Vish will come back for now and the switch will happen again!
