I think that they should just get rid of Devki. Afterall, she doesn't do anything. She is a waste of space and they would save money on it- Afterall, we are in the middle of an economic crisis 😆

Not just she alone take that bloody Amma along with her too. That woman mouth goes like 100 miles per hour, she's always talking and talking and talking like if only she alone can talk.

I agree that Devki says nothing most of the time except having an astonished or helpless look on her face. But I think she needs to be there. Ultimately, when Radhika has to prove that she did the phere with Dev, only Devki can support her. Her character is shown as weak, but with a conscience. Abhi she is not able to do anything, stuck between an evil saas and a useless daughter. But when it really matters, I think she will speak the truth and support Radhika. Especially if she comes to know that Dev actually wanted to marry only Radhika, not Visaka.

Devki's character is inbetween-the goodness of Shastriji and the evil Amma's-so even though she does not say much or does not have the guts to stand up to Amma and she keeps making those scared, worried funny faces-she balances them out! Sharstriji is tooo nice and Amma tooo bad and Devki falls right inbetween 😊
