11th March - Written Update

In Delhi, Mr. Purohit is pacing around and Vaishali tells him to sit down and not to worry as Dev will come. Chacha comes and asks his brother why he's worried and Vaishali says no it's nothing just that Dev hasn't come. Arjun tells Mr. Purohit not to worry as Dev is on his way and must be reaching soon. He says besides he's with his wife so they might have stopped for sightseeing. Chacha says you are getting worried for no reason is everything okay? Mr. Purohit says I have to tell all of you something very important as soon as Dev comes. Arjun and chacha share a look. Chacha says I have to talk to you too and Mr. Purohit says about what? Just have some patience.

In Daadi's room, she is on her rocking chair talking about how she's tired and Birju is in her room but distracted. She asks him did you hear what I said? He says sure I'll get it for you right away and gives her water. She asks him what's wrong? She says I called myself old and in so many years this is the first time you didn't say anything. Birju says yes, here's water and shows her an empty glass. She says where is the water? Birju says sorry I will get it right now. Daadi tells him to forget the water and tell her what's wrong and what's troubling him. Birju remembers that Radhika gave him Kanha's promise so he says nothing I'm just worried because Dev hasn't come home yet. Daadi says you crazy Dev's wife is here to worry about him. She says I know you and Dev are best friends but he's married now and relationships change after that but friends think the friendship has lessened, mothers think the son is no longer theirs and daadis think that their grandson no longer pays attention to them but they should all understand that his wife is there now so he has to give her more importance. Do you understand? Birju says yes.

Radhika comes home and Devki gets shocked seeing her maang. Amma turns around and notices it too. Amma asks Radhika what this new "naatak" is and what she wants to show the world? She says when you had gotten hurt and it was blood, I couldn't do anything and today look at her courage she filled it herself and says I will have to wipe this "daag" off myself. Radhika holds her hand and Devki and Amma are shocked! (Go Radhika you finally had the guts to take a baby step!! Woot Woot!!) She brings Amma's hand down away from her face and says Amma this is not a "daag" this is my reality, my truth and I will not let you wipe it off. She says I request you to listen to me. Amma says Radhe Radhe why did this girl touch me? She made me impure Radhe Radhe (I love how Amma goes to this impure issue when she doesn't have an answer for Radhika 😆). Devki says leave it Amma don't take this issue further. Amma tells Devki fine I don't want to get anything done by force you tell this girl to wipe off her sindoor herself. Radhika says no Amma I can't do that because I filled my maang in the mandir infront of Kanha after getting his blessing. Amma says "satyanash" this girl has come from mandir to here with her filled maang showing it to the entire town. Radhika says but if I have accepted infront of all that I am a married woman then why would anyone question my filled maang Amma? (You go girl!! You tell the old hag!!) She says I am just fulfilling the duty of a married woman. She says I know you are getting very angry at me by hearing all this but how do I explain to you that I don't want to create any problems. (Amma is furiously playing with her beads at this time I love her reaction because she is so dumbstruck that she has nothing to say 😆). Radhika tells Amma I am not asking for my rights or the respect of a wife, I just want to live like a married woman and this will not create any problems for anyone and especially Vish. Radhika asks Devki do you think I can think about snatching Vish's happiness? I have only wanted the best for her so far, don't you trust me about this at all? Radhika says maa in all these years I couldn't gain your trust so that you can trust me with your eyes closed? Devki says yes bitiya I trust you totally (really? so what happened to you all this time?). Amma gives her a mad and dirty look. Radhika smiles at Devki and starts to leave and Amma says you were able to pacify your mom but wait till my son comes. When he sees you with your maang filled, he will leave you where he picked you up from. Did you hear me girl? She asks Devki to get warm water for her to take a shower.

Dev is driving rashly and Vish is wondering what the heck is up with him (😆 that's how I am when I'm angry or upset poor thing!! and Vish's expressions are hillarious as she's so fearful of losing her life). Dev brakes and stops the car and Vish blows up at him and says if you are upset about something why are you taking it out like this? She's like i'm helping you, i'm listening to you and you? you want to kill me!! Dev is just staring at her and she gets out of the car. Dev says to himself what all haven't I done to forget you? But I will have to come out of all this forever and ever.

Radhika comes to her room and talks to kanha's statue and says she is sorry for not obeying her elders today but you know I have no other way except for this Kanha. This was important for me to prove my truth. This is the first time I have said what's in my heart and you have given me a lot of strength to do that Kanha. I just request you to stay with me always so I can lead my life on the path that I've chosen (more beautiful lyrics playing in the background!!!).

Mr. Purohit says oh good here's Vish. Vaishali asks where's Dev? Vish says he is parking the car and Vaishali says he should have come in anyone else could have parked the car. Vish tells Vaishali she is going to her room to rest as she is really tired. Mr. Purohit tells her to stop and Vish asks why. Vaishali says we want to say something and we have been waiting for you guys. Vish asks what? Vaishali says consider it a good news and everyone is shocked. VIsh says what good news? Dev comes and Mr. Purohit asks him how his trip was and Dev says it was good. Mr. Purohit says I was waiting for you to tell you something very important. Dev says I want to say something to you first as well. Mr. Purohit starts to say I want to, but Dev interupts him and says Please dad can I say what I have to say first? Daadi says let him say what he wants first and Mr. Purohit says okay go ahead. Dev says I am going back to America next week. The whole family is shocked. Mrinali is intrigued, Chacha and Arjun share a smile.
