Avinash Sachdev and Rubina Dilaik. This lovely couple met and fell in love on the sets of their show, Choti Bahu. They look lovely together and their amazing chemistry got reflected in the interview we did with them. Read on to find out for yourself:

Was it love at first sight?
Avinash: No, it was not. I never liked her and thought her to be very snobbish. But after becoming friends I realised that she is a different person altogether.
Rubina: No, it wasn't love at first sight.

Where did you first see each other?
Avinash: It was on the sets of our show, Choti Bahu, near the temple Merivaan. We had same shift that day.
Rubina: We saw each other while shooting for Choti Bahu.

What attracted you about him/her (physical attribute)?
Avinash: I was not attracted for initially I had a different approach towards her.
Rubina:I loved his eyes. They are quite reflective.

What quality of his/her you hate the most?
Avinash: I don't hate anything as such but yes, I do get a little irritated when she gets angry on trivial issues.
Rubina: Nothing. I have accepted him the way he is.

What is the one thing that you would want to change about him/her?
Avinash: Nothing. I love her and accept her the way she is.
Rubina: Nothing at all.

His/her first gift to you?
Avinash: She is such a sweet person. I am very close to all my friends, so she called all of them on my birthday and that was her very first gift to me. It was my first birthday after our relationship started.
Rubina: I had purchased a new flat in Mumbai and he gifted me a wooden carved temple for my house.

What have you done special for him/her?
Avinash: Last year (2011) on 9 of December I wanted to take our relationship to the next level. So, I got a solitaire ring from Delhi and gifted it to her. She was shooting at Alibaug and I reached there and proposed her.
Rubina You should ask him. He keeps giving surprise all the time. Each dayis very special with him.

A surprise you gave him/her?
Avinash: I keep giving her surprises.
Rubina: It was his birthday and I had called his childhood friends for a party.

What angers him/her the most?
Avinash: I am very lazy which annoys her the most. I am a workaholic and when I get extreme at times, she gets upset.
Rubina: My spontaneity and my short temperedness.

Your idea of marriage?
Avinash: It should be consentual.
Rubina: It is a bond with binds souls together.

What will you do to keep your marriage alive?
Avinash: Understanding is more important. Love may not last forever but if there is understanding between a couple, marriage will last forever.
Rubina: Both of them should understand each other.

Are you jealous of male/female attention?
Avinash: No, not at all. At times I look at a good-looking boy and say to Rubina, "Look he is so handsome".
Rubina: No.

Does he/she like your buddies?
Avinash: Yes, my friends are her friends too.
Rubina: Yes, all his friends are my friends.

Idea of a dream holiday together?
Avinash: In Barbados (West Indies).
Rubina: Any part of this world with him.

Finally, year 2042, where and how do you see yourselves? ?
Avinash: We are not futuristic. We live in the present.
Rubina: I don't plan so much. I try and live in present.
