Radhika felt good after talking to Sunny, even she couldn't understand why she got another episode. She recovered, didn't got any episode for last two months which was relieving. Hence, she got it yesterday, the day when she was so happy, when she was relieved from all the pain, when she was going to have a fresh start. What will Dev think of her now?? What will she tell him?? Would he think to love her inspite of her episode?? How much he has suffered last night?? He had told Sunny, he never saw anyone desperate like he saw her yesterday.

"shayad party dekhke mainu engagement di yaad aa gayi honi yah..ek tah kuch bhulda hi nai hega mainu.." (maybe because of party I remembered the engangement night..damn I can't even forget anything..)

"tu stress nah le..kuj nai hunda..tenu doctor ne mana kita yah..chal hun tu ode bare soch nah," (don't take stress..nothing happened..doctors told not to right..now don't think about that, )

"main stress nah lava..Dev ki socho mere bare?? Main dev nu ki kaungi??" (I don't take stress..wat will dev think of me?? What will I tell to him??)

"Sach..tu ohnu sach dasde.." (truth..tell him the truth..)

"tenu pata yah main nai dasna..oh mainu chad jauga" she said softly. (you know I don't want..he'll leave me..)

Sunny held her shoulders then spoke "Dekh radhika, tu ohnu pyar kardi yah..isda eh matlab yah tu ohde upar vishwas kar..jad tu vishwaas nahi karungi tah pyar kidda karungi..ek din tah tu dasna yah nah, agar tu aaj das daungi tah jyada behtaar yah.. tu nai chaundi tenu vi khushi mile, oh vi jaldi mile.."

(See radhika, you love him, it means you trust him..i wouldn't trust him then how will you love him..one day you have to tell him the truth, if you'll tell him at your earliest then its good..dont you want to be happy, that too early..)

"Haan, Radhika, tum Dev par vishwas karo aur use sab kuch bata do..main use bachpan se jaanti hu aur who tumhe apneyega..woh tumhe bilkul chod kar nahi jayegi.." Vishaka said assuringly.

Dev kept pacing back and forth in the bathroom. The moment he stepped inside the bathroom, he opened the letter. It was so frustrating, the letter was written in Punjabi alphabets. It was mysterious too, why would this Arnav write him a letter which is so confidential. It has to do something with Radhika?? Maybe he knows her, but doesn't want to tell him for the same reason like Sunny and Vishaka. What is in the past of Radhika?? Why they are keeping it so secret?? No wonder, he was keep asking questions, if I had known he knows. I can't believe I've been fooled. Now I can't ask the help of Sunny or Radhika, maybe Vishakha?? No, she will tell them about the letter. I will have to just translate, how hard it could be. If Arnav wanted me to know about her past, why couldn't he wrote in English atleast it wasn't as hard as it is now. He said something which indicated about her past, about her being a CRIMINAL!!! She even talked about going to jail..No, she can't be a criminal, I don't believe her as a criminal. If she had been a criminal, Vishaka wouldn't be taking her side. Vishaka even said something happened to her, it wasn't she who did something.I should keep my trust on her, I should not think of anything else.

"Hello, May I speak to Miss Ruby Singh??" Dev said on the phone.

"I'm afraid sir, Miss Ruby won't be able to talk because she is out of town..Do you have any important message, I'll just forward it to her.."

Dev was disappointed, how will he get the number of Radhika's uncle??

"Oh, Is it okey if you could give me her number?? It's really important.."

"Well I'm sorry sir, I can't give you her private number, it's highly restricted by her..what is your matter?? Maybe she'll give it after knowing the reason.."

"It's kind of confidential and personal which I can't tell you..when would be she available??"

"I can't tell sir, she had been postponing her arrival, last I've heard is she's coming back next week..but I can't be sure because she always postpone in the last minute.."

"Oh, Well thank you for your precious time.." he said disappointingly.

"Wait, sir if it's very much personal, I could refer you to her sister, maybe she would help you, as of now she's in Delhi..she's the closest person to Ruby..you should call the office in Delhi, she would be available there..her name is Ramit Singh.."

"She got a sister?? I didn't know that..well I don't even know this ruby.." Dev said in his mind.

"Oh sure, thank you so much for helping, I appreciate your help.." Dev said pleasantly.

"Your welcome.." She said and disconnected the call.

"Oyye Dev tu naha raha hai yah so gaya andar??" Vishakha said while knocking the door.

"Bas nikal hi rahi hu.."

"What?? Tumne use akela bhej diya aur mujhe bataya bhi nahi??" Dev said angrily. (wat?? Ypou send her alone you didn't even asked me??)

"Dev, use iski zarurat hai, doctors ne kaha hai use aisa karne ke liye..aur who wapas aa hi jayegi.." Vishakha said. (Dev, she needs that. Doctors told her to do so..n she'll return back)

"mujhe pata hai par agar use kuch ho gaya..agar use phirse sab yaad aane laga aur who kuch kar baithi toh??" (I know but if something happens to her..if she'll remember everything again then she did something harmful??)

"pehle nahi kiya ab kardegi?? Use kabse PSTD hai..aur Sunny ne kaha theek hai..aur use pata hai who kya kar rahi hai..tum zyada pareshaan mat ho..don't act like a possessive boyfriend.." (she didn't do it before, she'll do it now?? She got PSTD long ago..sunny said it's okey..she knows what she's doing..dont worry..dont act like a possessive boyfriend..)

"main pareshan na ho?? Tumne use kal raat nahi dekha, tumne use chilate aur rote hue nahi dekha..maine dekha hai who kitni dukhi thi.." (I shouldn't worry?? You didn't see her last night, you didn't saw her crying and shouting..i saw her desperate..)

"Dev, Dev, cool down..she is fine..dekhna jab lautegi toh phirse haasne lagegi.." (Dev, dev, cool down..she is fine..you'll see when she'll return she would be smiling back)

"Par.."

"Dev…"

"Acha chalo okey..par yeh Sunny kaha hai??" (okey, but where's sunny??)

"wooh kisi zaruri kaam se gaya hai..aata hi hoga.." (he went for some important work..he's just coming..)

"Chalo saare ready yah??" Sunny said while coming in the room.

"Haan, par Radhika kaise aayegi?? I mean ghat toh Deepika ke ghar se dur hai.." (yeah but how will radhika come?? Ghat is far from deepika's house..)

"Ofcourse tu lene jayega" (ofcourse you'll fetch her..)

"Main??"

"Kyun pyar karda yah tah odi responsibility vi tu le.. mooh se nikli baat, nibhani bhi padegi..ainvayi nahi keh diya main pyar karta hoon aur bas, prove vi karna paina, phir main shaddi karne ki permission dunga.." (you love her then take her responsibility too..things you said should be fulfilled too..you have to prove your love, then I'll give my permission fro your marriage..)

"tumahre permission bhi nahi hogi nah tab main use shaddi kar lunga..aur main to iss liye puch raha tha ki use koi problem toh nahi kyunki use sabse zyada tumhari zarurat hai, tum uske best friend jo ho" then added dryly "aur main toh sirf dost hu.." (even though I didn't get you permission, I still marry her..the reason I asked is because I wanted to know if she got no problem because she needs you more than me, youre her bestfrend and im just a frend..)

"kinni jealousy karda yah..mere bina radhika viah nahi karaugi, tenu mere se permission leni padegi.."

(you're too jealous..radhika wont get married without me..you'll need my permission)

He rolled his eyes and said "Chalo, late ho rahe hai.." (let's go we're getting late..)

He silently watched the beauty sitting on the stairs of ghat, her eyes looking at the water, her hair blowing with the wind. She didn't notice him, how could she when she is so deep in thoughts and she probably didn't heard his footsteps.

He softly touched her shoulder to seek her attention; she jerked and glanced at him. She took long moments before she spoke "aap??"

He smiled and said "main tumhe lene aaya hoon.." (I came her to fetch you..)

"Aapne kyun takleef ki, aapko toh rest karna chahiye…" then she looked down guiltingly and added softly "kal raat toh bahut dukhi kiya maine..i'm..i'm sorry.." (why did you bother, you should take rest..last night I gave you hard time..im sorry..)

He sat beside her and held her chin and said "akhir tumne mujhe sorry bolna sikh hi liya.." (so you'll learned to say sorry to me..)

She smiled "aap bade gande hai…" (you're too bad..)

"abhi tum janti nahi Dev purohit cheez kya hai.." (you don't know who dev is..)

"aap bhi konsa jaante hai ki Radhika kya cheez hai…" (you also don't know who radhika is..)

"tumhe kisine kaha main nahi jaanta..main jaanta hoon kit um bahut hi achi, pyari aur natkhat ladki ho, jo dusro ke liye kuch bhi kar sakti hai.aur jo ladne mein bahut achi hai.." (who told you I don't know..i know you are the kindest, sweetest and naughtiest girl who can do anything for others..and who fights so good..)

She didn't say a word but kept looking at him then she looked away at the water.

"aapne kabhi jhooth bola hai??" (did you ever lie??)

"hum sab jhooth bolte hai.." (we all lie..)

"mera matlab aisa..aisa jhooth jise bol kar aap..aap bahut pachtaye ho??" (I mean on lie by which you regret so much..)

"Haan, kai baar bola hai.." (yes, sometimes..)

"toh aapne kya kiya??" (then wat did you do??)

"sach bata diya aur koi raasta bhi nahi hai.." (I told the truth ther wasn't any other option..)

"yeh jaante hue ki jisse aapne jhooth bola hai who aapko…who aapko chod jayega.."

(even though you know that he'll leave you..)

"ek baat batao hum jhooth kyun bolte hai??" (tell me one thing why do we lie??)

"kyunki hum sach nahi batana chahte yah use khona nahi chahte.." (coz we don't want to tell the truth or don't want to lose him..)

"nahi yeh baat nahi hai..hum jhooth iss liye bolte hai kyunki hume daar hota hai, kyunki hume uss insaan par vishwas nahi hota..humare dil mein shak hota hai.." (no it's not like that..we lie because we fear, we don't trust that person..we have doubts..)

"aisa nahi hai main pura vishwas karti hu.." (it's not like that I have trust..)

"toh phir daar kyun?? agar tumhe vishwas hai, toh sach bata do, agar who insaan tumhe samajhta hai pehchanta hai, tumse pyar karta hai, toh who tumhe bilkul chod kar nahi jayega..tumne apni taraf se bahut koshish ki agar phir bhi who tumhe chod kar chala gaya toh iska matlab yeh hoga ki who insaan tumhare layek hi nahi hai.." (then why fear?? If trust him then tell the truth..if that person understands you, knows you best, loves you then he wouldn't think of leaving you..if you tried your best from your side still he left you it means that person was not worth for you..)

"Iska matlab mujhe sach bata dena chahiye..haina??" (it means I hve to tell truth right??)

"Ofcourse..yehi sahi raasta hai.." (ofcourse..that's the right thing to do..)

"toh..phir..su..suniye..maine..mera matlab..ki..maine..aap..aapke parivaar sse..jho..jhoth bola hai.." she said with eyes down. (then listen..i…I mean..i lied to you family..)

"Kaisa jhooth??"(what lie)

"ki..ki..mujhe..am..am..amnesia..hai.." (that I have amnesia..)

She told me, she told me the truth, it means she have a trust on me, she doesn't how much happy I am now.

"Par kyun???" Dev asked softly.

"who..woh..main appko abhi nahi bataungi…main shaddi ke baad bataungi.."(I won't tell you now..after wedding only..)

"shaadi ke baad kyun??" (why after wedding??)

"kyunki main nahi chahti aapka shaadi mein mood khrab ho jaye..shaddi ke baad main khud aapko sab kuch bata dungi..kya aap naraz nahi hai??" (coz I don't want to ruin your mood of wedding..after wedding I myself will tell you..aren't you angry at all??)

"maine tumse kya kaha tha ki jis insaan se tumne jhooth bola hai agar who tumhe pehchanta hai aur jaanta hai who tumhe kabhi chod nahi jayega..mujhe tum par bharosa hai ki tumhari koi majburi hogi tabhi tumne aisa kiya.." (I told you, if the person you lied to knows you, he wouldn't leave..i trust you, there had to be some reason for your doing)

"who toh tab pata chalega jab aapko sach pata chalega.." (we'll see when you'll know the truth..)

"tum bhi dekh lena, main tumse…" (you'll see, i..)

"Radhika didi…" a voice came from side. Both looked up and were shocked to see the whole family.

"Ishaan..oyee champ aap badi jaldi aa gaye.." Radhika said and hugged him. (ishaan, champ you came too early..)

"tum dono yaha kya kar rahe ho??" Dadi asked suspiciously. (what are you two doing here??)

"who bhi akele??" Mohini added teasingly. (and lonely??)

"who..woh…main..inse naraaz thi..haan, main inse naraaz thi…yeh mujhe daant kar rahe the toh maine kaha..ki..mujhe nahi rehna aapke saath…aur yeh mujhe manane aye hai..hanji manane aaye hai.." Radhika said. (umm..umm..i..was angry with him..yes, I was angry..he was scolding me and I said..that…I will not stay with him..and he came here to placate me..)

"Kya?? Maine tumhe daanta kab??" Dev asked shockingly. (wat?? Wen did I scolded you???)

"jhooth mat boliye aap hi sab kuch karte hai..aap mujhe daante hai..dekho aab kaise mukaar rahe hai.." (don't lie you always do something..you scolded me..see, how he's lying..)

"Dev, tumne mujhe kaha tha kit um log dost ban gaye ho..mujhe tumse yeh umeed nahi thi.." Dadi asked scoldingly. (dev, you said you were frends now…I didn't expect it from you…)

"dadi sach mein maine isse kuch nahi kiya..yeh jhooth bol rahi hai..main batatahu aapko.." (dadi it's true I didn't say anything to her..she's lying..i'll tell you…)

"dadi ainvayi inki bakwaas sunne baithenge toh raat ho jayegi..aap log yaha??" (dadi if you'll start listening to his nonsense then it will take night..you here??)

"who hum yaha se guzaar rahe the toh humne tumhe dekh liya, hum deepika ke ghar hi jaa rahe the.."(we were just passing by, then we saw you..we were going to deepika's house)

"haan, phir chalo chale yaha kya muhurat ka intezaar kar rahe hai??" She said and dragged Dadi and mohini along. (yeah, let's go then what are we waiting for??)

"yeh acha hai, main yaha isse lene aaya hu aur yeh mujhe hi chod kar chali gayi aur toh aur badnaam bhi kar diya..chalo koi baat nahi ab has toh rahi hai..aab apne past ke bare mein toh nahi sochegi nah.." Dev said in his mind. (that's nice..i came here to fetch her and she left just left me here moreover she put all the blame on me..it's okey atleast she is smiling now, she wouldn't be thinking about her past..)

Suddenly he saw her coming towards him.

"Sorry yaar, mujhe sujah nahi kya kahu, mujhe pata hai main aapko bahut tang karti hu..please mujhse naraz mat hona…sorry..main dadi ke saath jaa rahi hu main aapke saath aana chahti thi par dadi ki baat nahi tal sakti, sorry sorry sorry again" She said in one breath and she gave a peck on his cheeks then fled away. Dev took some time to realize what happened, and then he smiled and blushed, thinking of her peck on his cheek.

(Sorry frend, I didn't know wat to say, I know I always give you hard time..please don't get angry at me…sorry..i'm going with dadi, I wanted to come with you but I cant say no to dadi..sorry sorry sorry again..)

"I would like to ask the number of the previous owner of SK, Ashok Malhotra.."

There was a long pause before he got an answer "Where are you from??"

He frowned at the question but still answered "from Vrindavan…"

"why do you want his number??"

"then there's nothing to talk about..tell me the reason, you'll get the number, otherwise bye.."

He didn't expect this, why would she bother to know the reason.

"yes, I'm interested to know why your going to call that good-for-nothing person.."

This radhika is such a mystery well Dev let's solve this mystery..I wish she would tell me before i would know about her so could see how much pain she has suffered.. still i wouldn't wait for her to tell,i should do my own investigation..Dev said in his mind
