Thanks Usha for adding him in my absence. I have been in constant touch with Mr. Sharma for many months now and have finally convinced him to join in the discussions. I had forwarded him the link when he finally agreed to come in and take a look at what we discuss. I have also encouraged him to join IF. Later in the day I will open a post to update the forum members on the efforts of some of us who have chosen to take action rather than sit back and criticize the CVs on the blunders they have been committing. We have worked tirelessly for many months and are finally making some inroads. We are in touch with others who are part of the creative process besides Mr. Manasvi Sharma.
