Thanks Angie for your thoughts. I thought that Padma would ask Barkha why she did not wear Sindoor after she reminded her yesterday in front of everybody.And hoped Dev would start thinking...Now no expectations from CV's just watching it for Avinash and Rubina.

Angie totally agree with your comments, except where you say that you are not good at humour. Today I was chuckling with some of your comments so I feel you underestimate yourself in this dept.

Yes, there is no point analysing anything which does not make sense. In one episode somebody say one thing and the next episode something else. I also felt how come Dai is making a 360 turn suddenly when she is one of the main people to make both Dev and Radhika feel so guilty and even accused him of not following her teaching. As you say she is also cv's and the channel's favourite so they will redeem her.

As for Avinash, he has done a brilliant job of portraying this complex Dev. How subtly he changed from KK to Raj Purohit that the audience had a shock with his callous and insensitive behaviour with Radhika . Once again in the last part yesterday and beginning of today he has redeem himself slightly but still needs to go a long way to be forgiven. This shows that he can make people connect to him strongly in whatever role or part he enacts.

Since last Thursday I have been expecting all what has been shown so far including Dev living with Barkha as husband and wife until Radhika's re-appears. After today's episode I have mix feelings whether Dev will go to the extent of having a physical relationship with her. This is because of the scene with her accomplice. It has made me think what are these two after, Barkha wants Dev and the mother (I feel it is her mother sitting in the chair or her dead father) wants everything for her daughter because of an old issue with Dada. Barkha showed too much love and respect for this person so it has to be a family member. I also feel that maybe the mother is in turn being used by Padma and Barkha is not aware of it.

Anyway, back to the reason why Dev will not have a physical relationship with Barkha because now that is the only thing to accomplish. Barkha has all the property and wealth in her name, she is RPtin and Dev's wife in society and now at home as well. The only thing is to win Dev so this will take time and initially Dev will hesitate but eventually give in when time has passed and Radhika has not shown up. When the stage is set for Dev to be rapped our dear Radhika will reappear and save him from being rapped. (I am hoping this will happen).

I am so eagerly waiting for Radhika to come back, the show is just not the same without her, really missing her.

Yes also when the creatives are liberally helping themselves to whatever is written in the forum, twisting it and throwing it back to the audience as tracks in this show.

So I will talk about good things from the episode and that was only Avinash's acting in Part 2 and Part 3. he was very good today. Yesterday too he was excellent in the last part where he is showing his anguish and guilt at his own actions. He was brilliant yesterday and he was excellent today. Wish he gets opportunities to act in other shows or movies that are worthy of his talent rather than this travesty of show that constantly has lines about divine love, Kanha and dharam when the content is anything but that.I only watched the last part containing Avinash and was blown away by his projection of anguish. He is doing brilliantly and I hope that he is noticed and picked up by someone who is genuingly interested in making good shows and not a farce.I am also hoping that for Rubina too.

So Avinash was really good as Dev feeling guilty that he has broken up his promises to Radhika. His memories of Radhika cheering him up when he is down are followed by his thoughts about the last day of Radhika where she is proclaiming her innocence. It finishes on doctor talking about somebody poisoning Barkha. So he still thinks that she did it but does not want to believe it. I really liked his expressions when he picks up Radhika's photo and vows to look for her while wiping his tears. Yes...I liked this conflict in him...and he projected it well too.I liked him remebering how Radhika used to cheer him up nad him not wanting to believe what has been said against her.

As far as Dev is concerned, he was given few lines to show viewers that he still has divine love (strange definition here) for Radhika. But then again he is shown to have no remorse or reflection or doubts about Radhika's innocence. He is shown remembering promising her to be a good friend but is not shown that he broke that promise when he abandoned her. Actually if they had shown him raising his hand after the friend part then the conflict would again have been there for the audience to see. I would have been still ok with this scene if there was some surety that in coming days they would show him having doubts. But we know that it won't happen as this weakens their favorite character Barkha.nothing will be shown which weakens Barkha,,,she is an artifical charatcer so the real characters have to be dumbed down for her to have the centre stage.

That's why Dev can be shown to worry that Barkha hasn't returned in the day time and returns immediately. But is not concerned when his "paranoid" wife (in his wife) is missing all night. So after two nights, he starts looking for her but then when some villagers ask him about whom he is looking, he keeps silent. So Radhika is going to remain this anoymous person to save his face. This has been lifted from the thread where we all were talking last week that what will happen to Radhika...will she remain unknown Was Dev that selfish any time? No...it doesn't matter how obligated or guilty he felt, he was never selfish for himself. Since he chose Barkha, they are constantly showing as this selfish person who cares about his image over some young girl's fate who also happens to be his soulmate and love of the life. No he was not selfish for himself but has been made one for barkha to be effective.

Instead they prop up Dai who now suddenly has developed a sense of dharam after pressurizing Radhika to go away and Dev to discard his lawfully wedded wife in favor of an unmarried woman. Suddenly it is Dev who committed adharam.that was the hilarous part of todays epsidoe and I was ROFL...the charatcer who emotionally brutalised Radhika is now with Radhika...

Sushmita is a good actor but her Padma is now grating on my nerves. She is given the same dialogues and expression day after day. What a waste of talent here?complete wastage of Sushmita's talents...

Pragati is good but her talent is also wasted where she is either smirking or threatening Barkha. It is similar to her dialogues to Dada when she used to threaten him using the same lines over and over again. It loses effect after a while.yes...

So in conclusion it is going to be Barkha and Dai who are going to rule CB for now. Dai is getting redeemed because she is another favorite character of the channel. But nothing and I mean nothing is given to Dev - neither brains nor action.yes...yes

I am so sure that tomorrow Padma would be having that look and start talking about Barkha's sacrificies and duty/dharam etc. Can't she give those lectures to her son? Her son gets indulgence and Dev gets dharam lectures. But she still wants her son to be RP. Oh and the creatives/channel wants us to think that this is Yasoda Maiya. Poor Yasoda. Even she is not spared. But then if Kanha and Durga are not spared, who is Yasoda?...Padma remembers responsibilites when it soncerend Dev, but Rohan can enjoy himselfby raping girls...that is nothing. Today when Padma said how much Barkha has sacrificed I was thinking that does she think that she has sacrificed more than Chaya...that she is the victim here...knowing Padma I won't be surprised.

Anyway, coming back I am sure that tomorrow would be Padma asking Dev to accept Barkha as his wife even though there is no marriage. So who wants to bet that either on Friday or Monday, one rape attempt is coming. I am already having an headache thinking about tomorrow's version of Barkha Puran (good word, Misti). ...what does marriage matter to Padma...remember she had scolded Rohan not because he had done all these things to Radhika but because he thought that he could forcibly keep Rdahika by his side. ...and Dev sleeping with Barkha...lets see.😉....Dev is very possessive about Radhika...wonder will he like others pointing their fingers at her.

Misti, now I am rooting for Radhika to come in her Rekha avatar. I want her to whack Padma on her head whenever she shows that familiar expression of hers or opens her mouth. Same thing should be done to Dai if Dai tries to act as Dev's well wisher. yes please

Anyway, lets see if they make Dev intelligent tomorrow. Shouldn't he start having doubts that a supposedly sacrificing girl is now asking him to accept her as his wife even though there has been no marriage. So there may be some truth in Radhika's words. If she was that sacrificing as Barkha and Padma/Dai claims her to be, then she would still consider that Radhika is lawful wife and he should look for Radhika and give her rights. Shouldn't some bell be ringing in Dev's head when Barkha starts insisting that he acts as her husband? But the way Dev is being shown now and also based on the precap, it does not seem so.lets see what he says tmrw...anyway I am preparing myself for a MI.

Edit: I forgot to make Kanha who again made a selective appearance. So this Kanha stops Barkha from putting chunri with Dev but enables Dev to put sindoor on Barkha. So Kanha takes him to the spot where Radhika is buried, but is helpless in front of Padma's phone call. So he doesn't have power to either give common sense to Dev or to show him the locket. Kanha suffers from selective decision loss syndrome.

Dev still disappoints me, his wife has been missing for days and now he decides to go look for her. I wouldn't even call it looking as he couldn't even bring himself to say her name to the villagers who asked. He didn't have to say this is my wife, all he had to say was she is missing and needed help in finding her.

Padma was another disappointing character, what did Barkha sacrfice? It was her who chose not to wear sindoor, it was her who was careless so why act like Barkha is so great? I am glad Daima was there to set Padma straight and someone finally sees the injustice that is being done to Radhika. Its about time someone saw things from Radhika's point of view

Another scene that Padma disappointed me is was how worried she was for Barkha and immediately called Dev yet she hasn't worried about where Radhika is, how she is or what they should tell her parents when they come looking for their daughter.

Thanks angie... as u said dev was so good in emotions his talk with rads photo and listening to barkhas speech... but will barkhas speech bring some doubt in him ???????? bcoz its barkhas sacrifice more valuable in pb even dev said it once... finally one char daima is positve and she has sudden knowledge of dharm and adharm thanks to cvs for clearing it... thought that dev would neglect the call and search for rad but yet bk is given importance... padma at present is the head of pb but she cant analyse the char of anyone she herself said to dj its easy to fool padma which barkha does cleverly and it will not be surprising whatever u mentioned to happen in todays epi will be made by padma she will insit dev to accept her ... rape as far as concerned attempts were made since ME now she can make the moves without any hide and seek no one will ques her... jst want rad to come soon and punish evryone in pb doubt who will be first in the list bcoz each one overtake the other in selfish acts finally one person is suffering radhika... even kanha has bcome selfish he does not want bk to offer him flowers but allow dev put sindoor on barkha... has rads finall words become false... bcoz bk has got both rp and dev even though dev does not accetp in society its jst bk who has powers... jst guess that rad was saved immediately after barkha left the place were rad was burried bcoz dev lit the diya and the storm also was under control after that...
