Mistis thoughts 3.10.11

Pretty gruesome episode, there were a few glitches and unrealistic portrayals (the perfect grave dug by Barkha in a matter of minutes). Leaving those aside the episode was well directed. The best part of the episode was Rubinas acting...specially when she she as Radhika gets up after falling on the rock and looks at Barkha with a shocked and terrified look...then when she is in shock and standing n the middle of the road and sees Barkha's car coming towards her. Rubina should take a bow for brilliant acting in the past 10 days. She has been done excellent work in this show and her acting in the last 10 days has surpassed all the. Avinash was there for just few minutes but was pretty effective as a person who is feeling that something is wrong...but cannot put a finger on it...of someone who is losing a part of himself...or a part of himself is calling out to him. He was surprised when Barha came back and did not respond when Barkha went to hug him...was standing like a statue...

Hari was dada's favorite son and he wanted to make Hari the RP...but in order to maintain his image and family prestige dada committed sin by getting an already married Hari married again and forcing him to leave his first wife Chaya...did it but at the end lost his life and dada lost his favorite son...

Now the pandit had put fear in Radhika and overhearing those women had made her realise that her Kishankanhaiyas life and well being are in her hands...and she always maintained that. She was always ready to do stuff so that Dev has a happy life...but she did make mistakes. During her marriage with Rohan she got indication that this marriage is not supposed to happen but again due to her desperation regarding proving her innocence to Dev she came in as a fake wife (I know she was desperate and that's why she did it). Then later on again she went against her beliefs (regarding the first marriage) and she tried to convince Dev to marry Barkha again when it was wrong'she even put her sindoor on Barkha's mang...she was taking care that Dev gets everything in life...but will Dev really get everything in life...both emotional and material if Radhika is not there...Anyway whatever be her faults Radhika has always put Dev and people related to him in front of her ...and what did she get in return?

Dev brought up in duty and obligation...he has been fed that for such a long time that his conscious mind always picks that up...years of conditioning does take its effect. His subconscious always knows what is right and what is wrong...but his illusion regarding his dada and he fight to believe in that illusion suppresses that. Even today his subconscious knew that something is wrong but his conscious self again took over. He has been given loads of hints but he goes back to his duty...but what will he loose for this duty? His soul? His own identity? Or will he be saved from destruction.

I liked the memories of Radhka...the ones she had before life went from her...the child marriage and child bholu puting sindoor in her mang...the adult Dev and her second marriage ...and again sindoor...all signifying to me that Radika till the end did all this to protect her sindoor that is her KK/Dev and that he gets what he deserves in life and the clipping of Barkha during her engagement and roka ceremony...that the person whom she thought was helping them is actually now killing her...

Well the lamp went out and there was the storm...but when Dev lighted the lamp, the storm stopped. Radhika did stop breathing...but she is buried very close to a temple and her locket is on her grave...wonder whether someone will come to force life back in her...will she return to her soul mate after a long wait...anyway that is for the future...

Dev wrapping the shawl around the idol by himself (shown last week) indicated that may be he will be left all by himself for some time to do his duties...anyway let's see what the future holds for these two soul mates...Dev and Radhika...who are for the time being lost from each other.

Liked your thoughts Misti , was well executed ...Dev has the inkling that something is not right with Radhika ...Dev,s lighting the extinguished Deeya again and Kanha,s locket on buried Radhika , is kind of indication that she will be saved by Kanha ...Miracles happen and keeping the essence of the divine story should bring back to her life ...Hoping now should bring back their divine essence which is beyond the physical bonding n the story ,which is missing ...

Just great post misti!! Awesome epi,this calls an award nomination for rubina!! When she was in the grave it reminded me of bloody mary legend...mindblowing story track 4 me...again,i am trying to keep it short...

misti it really was a very sad episode today. The pain was beautifully sketched and I found my heart wreathing with Pain when I saw Barkha killing Radhika so cold heartedly.

Very well said Misti, I am too emotional and sad at the moment, very unhappy and angry with Dev even with all your reasons given for the way and why Dev is behaving like this I am sad..

today i wished for a scene whem bharka was digging the grave. I thought that radhika will some how miss and bharka will get mad for her but i didn't get it any how standing ovation to rubina

Barkha has very cleverly made her story about Radhika ,s visit to her , if tomorrow Maheshwari tells about Radhika going to muth , then again Dev knows about it and Barkha will twist the story ...She has buried her,so she will be assumed to be gone on her free will with disturbed mind ...Now she is gone , may be Rohan will get suspicious of Barkha , if he tells about his confinement , then again he will not be trusted ...Amba was shown to be worried about something wrong , will go in favor of Barkha when she will come back from the muth ...As for her digging the hole , have seen in English thrillers where psycho killers are physically strong , may be get strength from their hyper , over-excited mind ...Avinash was brilliant when he was getting restless , at least now showing the connection ...Rubina was also brilliant , but it was very sad ...
