Barkha is not smart enough to be a villain!

However i disagree slightly with one point...that is she blew her cover so quick. She did not do that. She has been planning this all since long. She got RaDev married under the veil deliberately so that she can get Dev in the end...her more than needed sacrifices made everyone, including Dev, believe her blindly; she is now trusted more than Radhika by everyone because she played her cards very deftly and smartly. She never told anything bad about Rads to Dev, though she did fill his ears, but she did it in such a way that Dev won't doubt her because her reasons on why Rads was behaving badly with her would be fit for any other wife!. So obviously she has brains...that's the reason she came so long with her plan.

However, as i said earlier, although she has brains...she is a very over-confident person and such people usually fall flat on their faces quick. Barkha thinks that because Dev shouted on Rads once, because he lifted his hand once at Radhika...means that he doesn't love her anymore. Barkha thinks that Just because he is angry on her, he has stopped loving her and has started hating her...This Assumption of Barkha is TOTALLY Naive! Rads resides in Dev's heart, in his soul, in every breath of his and even if he himself wishes to remove her from his soul, he cannot because the connection is that deep. His current behavior towards Rads is only because he himself is pushed under heavy guilt...guilt towards Rads and Barkha. He feels that Barkha is the one because of which he got his Rads and hence wants Barkha to have a good life...because he'd messed her life as well in all this. However, he is unable to understand her real face!

As for Maheshwari, i again disagree here slightly. She is a good player but again is a over-confident person and thats the reason she falls flat on her face many a time. Even yesterday, she dug up her own hole by calling Barkha and alerting her about Rads coming to mutt. She could have kept quiet and let Rads disclose everything to Dev. But she couldn't stop jumping like a kid and called up Barkha, which led Barkharani to push Rads with the car to save her own skin!
