The car reaches the temple and Dev comes and opens the door for Radhika to step out and accompany him and Barkha is left fuming...he also gives his hand for Radhika to hold to give her reassurance that he does not care who sees them. I think this might be due to what Barkha said before leaving that she has to be there otherwise people might question and she did indicate Radhika as the other woman...but I wonder what will be Dev's reaction if someone else is there..because that is when he flips. Then in the temple both Radhika and Dev and praying and Radhika is praying that no evil eyes should fall on her husband. Barkha comes up and indicates to Radhika that the priest is there and hence Radhika takes a step back...when Dev opens his eyes he sees Barkha beside him and gets shocked and then the priest comes and blesses them...ahh...so someone is there...Barkha takes all the credit and the priest asks Dev to wrap the chunar around the idols with his wife...Dev hesitates and looks at Radhika ...Barkha takes the chunar and Dev helps her...Bholu is being pretty consistent...he is again choosing dada or RP duty over Radhika'he usually choses duty/RP/dada over Radhika when the actual decision time comes...During the RP pooja he took Barkha's name not because Radhika asked him to (that did play a part but there was something else) but because when the crunch time came he chose dada's dreams of his being a RP and doing his duty...when he first closed his eyes it was Radhika who came in his mind...that was the subconscious telling him what to do...ones subconscious is never wrong...but then the fear overtook him regarding what will happen to Radhika and the conscious mind conditioned by dada took over...the conditioned mind that has been fed duty and obligation since he was a child...the conditioned mind that was taught from a early age that everything can be done for duty...even lies can be told..well no one protested when dada told everyone about Chaya and Hari...and he chose Barkhas name because that's what his duty as dada's grandson was (he was missing his dada...and he was seeing dada in Radhika) ...a duty that was taught to him and I think he also knew that Radhika will not leave him...he thought he can have both...RP and Radhika as his wife...when they returned home ...he told Radhika that he has done as she wanted him to do...that was again him not wanting to accept that it was his choice and then he told Radhika that he cannot live without her and left the entire decision on her...all this guilt should be there in Dev...and this is why all this is happening. Dev will choose duty and dada linked to RP until and unless he loses Rdahika and the true face of dada comes out in front of him...he has to fall really low in his own eyes to get up and climb up again. but this time there is a strong gust of wind and Radhika praying and the chunar frees from Barkhas hand and only Dev wraps it around the idol...I think Kanha is reaching the end of his patience with this nonsense going on in his name and has started now to give warnings and signs...so if Dev did the wrapping by himself does that mean that in future when Radhika is absent Dev will be alone doing his job? Anyway that's for another day.
Then in the guesthouse he sends of Barkha packing to her room and actually does not pay attention to where she is going just tells her to find her room and takes Radhika to their room...there after some time he asks her what is worrying her because he cannot see her like this and Radhika says that she also cannot hide things from him...that is true...Radhika cannot hide from him because Dev is her weakens and Dev did get flustered when Radhika was not telling him...he was feeling guilty that Radhika's rights have been taken and he himself has acknowledged and thanked her for doing all this for the family...Radhika was not telling him anything and with relief he accepted Barkha's version of he truth that Radhika is feeling insecure because she is nothing and Barkha is the Rajpurohitain (although he knows that Radhika does not care for all this but his guilt in accepting the brahmins wishes with Barkha and Radhikas pain in him giving away her right as the wife is making him most probably ignore that) ...and that's why he is trying to get ready Rohan for the RP so that he can leave RP...Plus he also does not know the true face of Barkha and thinks that since she has given up so much for them she should be telling the truth. ... he did not wait for Radhikas explanations yesterday because his guilt ridden relieved mind was happy with the fact that he has atleast found out about Radhika's problem but now since Radhika confirmed that she is worried...so he although thinks that he knows the reason but is giving her a chance to say what she wants to say...so chances are there that he will accept what Radhika will say over Barkha... Radhika asked his reassurance whether he will believe what she is going to say because she knows that Dev trusts Barkha...and Dev says that he trust Radhika more than himself. Anyway Barkha does a nautanki...she cuts her own wrist and says that some people attacked her and ran away...ahha...no wonder she broke Mohinis's wrist to prove a point and tortured Rohan...if a person can self harm themselves to prove a point then they actually do not value human life...everything is justified on the name of an ideal or thought...so she is loyal to a cause...a cause that she believes in but not to any human being...and throughout her cause is to destroy Radhika and take what is hers due to her obsessions...wonder whether she pricked her finger in the camp to also prove her loyality...
Radhika correctly points out the at nobody could have run away because the doors are locked from inside...and that flusters Barkha because it is all bravado for her...she shows off to hide her insecurity but when that is challenged she falters....and she charges Barkha because she is at the end of her tether ...the tension has got to her and also because Dev has assured her that he will believe her...Barkha said that how can she question her when she all this for friendship and dharma and Radhika blasts her off...so does Radhika realize that all she did was against dharma or will she have to go on a journey of her own to realize that. Anyway when first Radhika was accusing, Dev had a perplexed and confused look but he was listening to her...but then Radhika did a mistake, she mentioned badi bahus name and Barkha latched onto it and mentioned what Badi bahu had done and that's when Dev shouted...for Dev badi bahu was the trigger...because badi bahus actions is again linked to his dada...and he shouted that he does not want to hear anything about Barkha...the name Barkha was an excuse Dev is angry more because Radhika took badi bahus name and that to him most probably meant that that Radhika is chosing to believe her and not him when he has told her to give sometime and he will accept her publicly...and that's what he shouted today too...he is also angry that Radhika is believing badi bahu over the person whom he thinks has helped them the most so that he can do his duty...Dev does have a short temper and the combination of dada and BB killed Radhika's chances...
Then back at home...he covers up for Radhika because he does not want people to know that Radhika suspects Barkha...I am waiting to see whether he thinks that the family members would have told some bad stuff to Radhika because Radhika suspecting Barkha will upset their peaceful life...and Barkha gets to be the centre of attention...dai pounces at badibahu who charges back and says fine call the police and Barkha says no...and badi bahu gives an interesting look...
As for acting...I liked Rubina and Avinash's acting today...Rubina's portrayal of Radhika's serenity, dignity, her pain of betrayal, her fear of not being believed , her anger at Barkha for fooling her...were brilliant..I liked her firing away at Barkha and that shut up the lunatic one because the lunatic knows that she is no match for Radhika. I also liked at the end when she is standing quietly with dignity and seeing everything going right in front of her eyes...seeing everyone petting Barkha and at the end her look at Dev...like a little girl. As for Avinash...he is doing a very good job in projecting the guilt of Dev in not choosing Radhika and everytime choosing his duty...him wanting to know what is bothering her and wanting to help her...him losing his temper because according to him Radhika chose to believe badi bahu...it was a good jugalbandhi between the two today. I also liked Pragati Mehera at the end when she openly challenged everyone and has most probably realized that barkha has done something...
This was just my POV ...I am ready to listen to others POV's ...even if people want to shout at Bholu...its ok...😉
