Rubina was extremely impressive on thursday, friday and you could see the tension radiate from her face

As far as Avinash is concerned, I have always thought he was extraordinary with his dialogue delivery but the past few days have shown us how much he can convey even without dialogues. The range of emotions that flitter across his face as dadaji tells the story of his mom and dad are wonderful to watch

They should definitely win some awards this year ... at the least I hope someone who is big in showbusiness is watching them and gives them a chance to move on to something bigger and better

Rajsri the reason why I managed to sit and watch fridays episode is because of Rubinas acting...her broken down acting as Radhika was very good...Like you I have always known that Avinash has got excellent voice modulation, dialogue delivery and ability to project emotions but these few days he also showed that for him silence also speaks...his facial expression and his eyes are enough to pass the message regarding the characters conflict. I also hope that both are recogognised by the right people who are big in the show biz world so that their talents get the recognition that it deserves.

Rajsri, the first half of the Mahaepisode belonged to Rubina and the last half belonged to Avinash. Avinash had a more difficult job as he had no dialogues. It was similar to Thursday episode last week where he was given minimal scenes and no dialogues. Yet he showed all emotions - anger, helplessness, despair and defeat without saying a word.

Friday's episode belonged to Rubina. She showed this broken girl who has lost all hopes. The way she breaks down in front of Barkha when Barkha wants to take on Rohan was great. Then for the Mahaepisode, she breaks down in front of Dadaji as he is her last remaining hope for saving adharam as well as Dev. Her entreaty to him when she wants him to stop Dev's humiliation as well as relief that finally Dadaji did that was also very good.
Their scenes from last week and this week should be used to nominate them for awards. I do not understand why the awards for best actors/actresses in Indian TV industry always go to the leads of top shows. Each category is different from other category. So even if writing doesn't get the award, the acting should get it. In fact, I have to appreciate these actors more (Avinash and Rubina) as in the past they have been given atrocious script and still to act with those limits deserves accolades.

I am never interested watching these awards shows ..One thing you ever noticed , the channel who broadcast the show has maximum nominations and its kind of Bander -Baant , you take some , me take some kind of thing ...In such a big industry there are many talented actors but you will never find there name in the nominations ..Yes no doubt K brand dominates , should not blame her she knows how to take care of her own ...

Misti--Excellent post regarding the two beautiful souls who captured millions of hearts by their mesmerizing acting👏
This show gets the best out of the actors because it gives them the chance to perform and highlight their true acting ability. The ability to show their emotions on screen by depicting the characters realistic feelings often touches the heart of the audiences. Most of the emotional scenes between Radev can make the audience feel what they are going through with their true and reliastic acting.
Avina are remarkable and very popular actors who depicted the role in such a way that they touched the audiences by their everlasting beautiful acting👏.It is also the way that we dont see the actor when we watch the show and they are that involved in the character.
With their mesmerizing acting, cheshire cat smile, influential charisma, they emerged as the most popular and recognized actor/actress.
As the show centers on one thing:the chemistry between two beautiful souls, both give absolutely outstanding performance.Avinash as charming guy overwhelmed in a situation where he is way over his head, trying simultaneously to sacrifice, survive and avenge the betrayal of his loved ones and Rubina as a beautiful young girl and kanha devotee who desperately wants her love to see the light of the day.
We've gorgeous and talented actors where their characters reveal their vulnerabilities, weakness, sadness and romance moments.I can vividly remember the first time that i saw CB1.i recall when Radev first ever meet in vrindavan,i stuck with that scene with a complete look of admiration and smile on my face and to say that these scene would be something of an understatement not to mention the fact that radhika's swirling kanha dance last for good 5mins😃
An actor like Avinash can portray young charming lover boy, then a orphan role with complex shades. And rubina as a obidient daughter, wife, dutiful daughter-in-law and a big kanha devotee portrayed her character beautifully and improved a lot in her acting. Both have versatility and great acting skills. They are trying the best to connect the audiences with their characters on the screen even in a less screen time and a few dialogues. It is their eyes speaks volumes when no dialogues given to them.Hence audience are right there with the character, they understood them and are concern about what happens to them.It is this moment when the character reaches out and touches the audiences using feelings such as happiness, sadness, anger, fear, shock and revulsion. So loud appalauds to Avinash and Rubina for bringing lively dev and radhika to their fans and the audiences👏👏👏

Very well put, Misti. I think they are two of the best actors around today, and feel very fortunate to have the opportunity to enjoy this timeless Radha-Krishna story. They are well supported by excellent ensemble cast and a fabulous crew.

In this second CB, I see a great ease with acting in general, and also an ease they have achieved with each other, which adds a charm and natural quality to their interactions.

God bless Rubina and Avinash. Thank you for your amazing efforts.

Mahika.

Since viewers are not liking this Barkha track for last two months and are unhappy how Barkha is being made artificially and illogically strong, I decided to revive this thread to just concentrate on fantastic acting shown by Avinash and Rubina during this track. They were given minimal dialogues and their scenes with each other only involved some romantic dialogues.

But they managed to perform really well with just the body language and facial expressions. Some examples:

Dev during the death of Dada where he goes into shock. His dead look and working like a robot until Radhika comes and manages to bring out his grief with some poignant stories from his childhood that not only showed a deep relationship between him and Dada but showed how he was influenced by him so deeply.

During the last 4-5 episodes, they have shifted the focus back (and rightly so) on Radhika. Since finding out about Barkha's treachery, Radhika has been given very little dialogues but her expressive eyes and facial expressions have conveyed her emotional trauma and conflict. She has managed to show not only hurt (her rights are being taken so blatantly and nobody is there to help her) but also the helplessness combined with the dignity and still strong resolve.

Even though Avinash is secondary in such scenes and he is not given any dialogues because they are trying to make Barkha strong at his expense, but his expressions have been fantastic. Even in yesterday's episode when he got reminded how far he went with Radhika in his anger and how she still saved his prestige even if she had to work doubly hard. There was guilt in his eyes when Barkha was getting credit and accolades for something that Radhika has done. The way he lowered his eyes after looking at Radhika or later on his embarrassed and guilty expressions in his room when he sees a down Radhika and knows that he is responsible for her state were fantastic.

I will add more scenes later on when I have time. For now, feel free to add your own favorite scenes that we can appreciate.

Thanks angie for the lovely post!!The scene that i loved the most in these episode was when radhika found out she was betrayed by barkha! The cruel truth shattered her making her lifeless and seeking for her only consolation-kanha...the way ruby shedd those tears and went down on the floo r was simply perfection...she gave a color of pain and sorrow to every word she said...we could really feel how her trust was broken down, stabbed with sweet words and fake goodness from barkha...Tone of her voice, expression of her eyes and bodylanguage made that scene so real and memorable...
