I do not think she is actually in love with KK.... He was her childhood friend with whom she spent hardly two three days and accidentally while playing got married...She did not know the meaning of marriage or husband , it was pundit ji who told her about the significance of that marriage.....How it can turn into love ,its because of rituals she is bonded to KK. , who is just a name ...Yes attraction she felt towards Dev can be turned in to love at later stage...If she is told, Rohan to be her KK, it would not be love, but she will accept him because of rituals and mind set......She is confused as one side will be rituals and the other side will be her love.... how she can be sure that Dev is KK....Perhaps Now Dev will be the first one to remember his childhood memories about Radhika, but not about getting married.....He will keep his distance knowing she is chosen for Rohan.....Radhika will come to know about KK to be Dev , when she reaches Mathura....

Thanks Blokes for opening up this topic and as Devika has rightly said that there is a lot more positivity in the few lines written by you.
Radhika has been forced to think that KK is her husband and she will have to wait for his return. She has a vision of the child KK which is embedded in her mind. I dont think she loves that image of KK, but she thinks it is her duty to pray for his welfare and his prosperity as a true wife.
The other way of looking at this is --if the adult KK happened to be a gambler, womaniser or drunkard what would have happened to Radhika? Since this is a marriage made by Kanha where he wished Radhika and Dev to be united by marriage, Radhika bing his ardent devotee nothing wrong will befall her. In this context if they proceed towards showing the connect between Dev and Radhika on a spiritual level and the constant questioning by Radhika as to why she is having a pull towards Dev --then their job is done. At this point of time I do believe that Dev and Radhika will marry, but the child marriage of Radhika which is known to that pundit alone may come to haunt them in future.

radha-bilahari: well said! well, if you want to draw a parallel between CB rads and the original Radha as portrayed in Myth/ legend, she was married to a man but was totally dissolved in Krishna. Here, "technically" Rads is "married" to a "boy" but it is Dev/ Krishna she is dissolved in- her ego is refusing to acknowledge that ultimate dissolving while Dev is already there. THIS is pure love.

I remember the song from Mughal e azam- pyar kiya to darna kya- there is no room for shame in love. However it becomes lust the moment it wants "possession"- that is why this Dev of CB 2 is more "fun" as he is delirious in love and has nothing to "gain or lose"- he just "knows" that he and rads are meant to be together.

In CB1 their love was unconditional.....With KK her bonding is because of rituals and the the pundit,s words not to think about any other man,.The social set up where is she is grown up all adds to her thinking...Thats why she is resisting Dev,s attraction...
