then i think..the gaddar is Abhi..

But the twist here is this is not the real abhi...this is another guy who had plastic surgery to look like abhi...abhi is kidnapped somewhere..and sam will rescue him...this guy who looks like abhi is shika's boy freind...but shika is mental so she cant differentiate..

then they will have a combined episode with dill mill gaye..where armaan and ridhima will cure the bad abhi to become nice abhi..and real abhi will be with sam..and the nakli one with shika
