Intact those criminal should be hanged till death amongst the entire public of Delhi which will be a lesson, one would think twice before harassing a girl

I too waiting for d final sentencing since morning! Really hope d high court n supreme court dont show any mercy! They totally deserve this!

Death penalty is seriously the right punishment. Seeing this will make every other potential rapist think a 100 times before committing the crime. I hope the punishment remains the same in all courts.

I saw the news, I was happy, and overwhelmed with tears! I would have wanted castration, but I can live with this sentence; God is Great!

I am happy...I did nor expect Indian justice system to do this so quickly.

Hope this brings about permanent changes in the Indian law enforcement & judicial system.

What's of concen is that the juvenile is going to be out in the open in 3 years and usually people coming out of prison become more hardened criminals.

That's appreciable.. The pressure should be maintained till the Supreme court also passes the same judgement.. But the "juvenile" accused getting away with a mere 3 yrs is a shame on Indian legal system. The age criteria should not be so absolute n rigid. Does the mental capabilities of a 17.5yr old differ so much from a 18 yr old.. Nevertheless this is a victory for Nirbhaya n everyone who prayed for her..

I'm happy that these four got death penalties but disappointed that the fifth one got off almost free for being juvenile.

You know their were 6 of them , one died " mysteriously" in tihar ...it was made to look like sucide. I hope the same happens to the juevenille . I know , I am saying a big thing but he deserves it ...
