Fandom goes overboard when they blame Farhan for everything that is wrong with this show, when they start name calling him, saying he should fail in his career and he is a "pervert", etc.
Every fandom has got those fanatic type people who will curse out anyone who has so much as said a word of criticism against their favorite actor. Same is the case with SI's fanbase. But when it comes to Farhan, majority of us have maintained the same opinion from day one: Farhan is ONE of the reasons for the bad TRPs. Farhan is right when he says he shouldn't be blamed only for the TRPs because he alone cannot break a show like Sanaya alone can not make it. Sanaya gave the show the popularity it needed to start off. 1.4 TRPs on a Sony show is very good. But then it was up to the CVs to write a decent story which they haven't. The show has for the last few weeks come off as very preachy and has had a very predictable storyline from Day One.
About Sanaya's loud and outspoken nature, I'm sure none of us are strangers to that. And that is the same reason why many of us love her while others find it annoying, arrogant and "unprofessional" (not sure how that works but to each their own) I'm not sure what Sanaya said that bothered people and made them think that she was being unprofessional. If it's the Team_Sarun interview, then I will admit as it bothered me. I felt the comparisons that she herself made between Farhan and the other previous co-star were completely unnecessary as she kind of invited the comparisons. That's one interview of hers which didn't go down too well and I wish she had not done that. 🤔 But if it's the SBS interview then she was speaking in the case that IF he does get replaced then... I don't think she was wrong with that. Again, we all know she speaks her mind. I followed every interview Sanaya gave about Farhan. The first day, she asked for support from the fans and later on, she only said that she hopes he continues to improve and he just needs time. If that is what's bothering people, then I don't see why because she basically just voiced everyone's opinion here. Farhan's attitude however is a turn off and I'm a sensible person who is not just saying this because I think he "insulted" my favorite actress. He's digging his own grave. Attacking Ekta kapoor, boasting of his offers/rejections, his looks etc. will really not take him anywhere. Saying things like Sanaya wants to work with Mohit which is why she isn't accepting me is the heights of immaturity. If that's the case, I wonder why she's so comfortable with Anuj. Complaining about how Sanaya isn't friends with him is even more stupid.
About the show, it's starting to get better. As Sanaya fans, we thought sticking to the show and sitting through the torture FK gave us (believe me, it was no less than torture. And to think, he wasn't even the focus) was a lot better than not watching Sanaya's show. Hence, we were able to bear Farhan. If you were on the forum you will probably notice that majority of us supported him. Not many Sanaya fans are a fan of the not-to-be-named-actor and were in no way trying to find him in CC's male lead. He's in the past now. All we wanted was a decent actor opposite her. And if you ever manage to watch Chhanchhan, I'm sure you'll notice the improvement in the show with Anuj in it. Two good actors can add a lot to a crappy show. I do see improvement in terms of storyline as well so I hope it just continues to get better. As a Sanaya fan, I want it to work for her sake 😳
