i have been watching CC only for Sanaya. When the show began, it was a bit interesting at the start but since the past two weeks, it just does not click with me. Somehow, the story line is not very engrossing. Umaben is untolerable and Sanaya's expressions look very forced. She has lost a lot of weight and her face does not look relaxed. Sanaya is a bundle of talent but sadly her talent is wasted in this lack lustre show.

The CVs need to put on their thinking caps and make the current track interesting for the viewers otherwise the presence of Sanaya or Supriya in the show is not going to guarantee sustained viewership for CC.

I agree..Characterisation is really poor..although Sanaya is doing a great job..but unless the characterization is good..her talent will be wasted ..the makers are really not utilizing her talents properly..i do watch the show for sanaya only.but sometimes all i get to watch is Lots of predictable UB dramas..
the show is good only if i watch it as a time pass..but not a show which can touch my heart..although I'm watching it daily on TV..just to get glimpse of Sanaya and will be watching it...

me too in same boat. . . I watch it 4 sanaya only. . . ! The script direction and bg should also improve along with the main lead

This show will not sparkle and have magic as it not a passionate love story, but I sure hope it roars and thunders, when Chhanchhan finally becomes "Modern Bahu" 😉

Uma Ben will remain like this chameleon till almost end, so, what I am looking to see is Chhanchhan not towing line and winning one battle at a time.

This show has had a shaky start, but with all the news of changes happening and falling numbers, hopefully the story and execution will pick up.

One thing I disagree with you, I think Sanaya is acting well, the problem is characterization of Chhanchhan. Creatives need to add more depth and shades to her. Maybe with more dramatic scenes in future and Chhanchhan taking center stage, Sanaya will get challenging scenes, and I know she will nail them.
