Barun Sobti could never be Manav. He is too big a star to take up a secondary role. And even the PH are not that dumb to repeat the pairing of Sanaya and Barun for such a Saas-bahu show. IF and I say IF Sanaya and Barun are ever to work together again, it has to be something MAGICAL

After playing a stong character like ASR I dnt think Barun ll accept this kind of role even if it ws offered to him...
CC s a female-centric show where d male lead has not that much importance...

hes too big of a star to play a male lead which doesnt have that much space hes more interested in his b career and good for him for exploring other areas

I would not accept him in chanchan after the ASR character most would find it very difficult to see him in background or as secondary or even see him in an arm candy type of role. he wont fit a saas bau show btw

It was clear from the beginning that he was not offered CC & even if offered he would never take it up. The speculation was just bcoz the fans wanted to see them paired up again.

Manav's role is not big enough or important enough for Barun to take.

But on the other hand, since Barun wanted a flexible schedule and since CC is more Saas-Bahu oriented, he could have taken the husband role as his part-time job. Show up when necessary, more like a background role.
