Sanaya cannot take a show by itself! - Page 2

I respect ur opinion, but I can't accept some of ur views.

Show cant run on one person it depends on story n other actors too.story of her previous show was running on two leads n they had perfect sizzling chemistry that they had over shadowed story poor direction everything. but here it is family drama so she cant take all alone by her self.

coming to overconfident do u think sanaya is over confident really? as actor she should do all type of roles n show her verstality .she should not stick to love story every time n should try other genre too.i think she has selected the show perfectly n she is rocking as chanchan . she has differentiated khushi n chanchan .for trps it will take some time as it is competing with number one show dabh.

During the kidnapping scene in ipk it was sanaya who had carried the show on her shoulder:)

sanaya is beuty with brains she is a good actress she can pull any role very esay

I just want to say that when the male lead was kidnapped the ratings went down to 2.3 which improved the next week only due to the ILU promo & the sightings of him in between which sort of convinced the viewers that he is coming back.

When I told my TRP viewer mom after the ME in May that the actor is leaving for movie shoot, her immediate reply was then he is not coming back. This would have been the view of most TRP viewers who did not have access to the Online news & showing the male lead gave them the belief that he is there.

Also the writing & the villian carried it forward but not just the female lead, I was pissed off with the female lead esp. after she comes back from the almost Con seq.

I can speak for myself since I was so bugged with the female lead Investigating track that every day I used to catch the episodes hoping for the Male lead sighting & I was not a purely the Male actor fan then, I was a fan of the couple but that period made me realize what the absence of Male lead means in the previous show.

I used to support the posts urging members to watch the show for Sanaya's sake but was never eagerly waiting to the episode & never watched the 11 pm repeats which I had never missed from Feb & continued after the Male lead returned.

I am sorry to bring the previous show & the characters here but its in reply to the comment which I have quoted which mentions it

@ TM – I agree with you that CC is a poorly executed show & its being carried by Supriya alone. They have to up the execution part immensely to be some sort of competition for DABH

Overconfident? She's trying something new, something different ... it may work, it may not ... but she's giving it a try. That's not overconfidence, that's exploring her talent and her versatility.

As for clothes and dressing, of all her shows, I think CC is the best in that department so far.

Oh and the TRP of her previous show went down to 2.3 during the Di Ke Liye track ... not before that.
During the kidnapping track, it stayed around 3+ for the most part till the last week when it dipped to 2.8. Sanaya carried the show during the kidnapping track ... only the tracks involving Khushi worked, none of the others did. But she had the support of a good cast ... Mami, NK and Shyam. Those were the tracks which worked ... in TRP terms, that is.

Currently CC is being carried by Sanaya ... fortunately Supriya has stepped up now ... but no show can be carried for too long by only one actor ... it needs a good script and screenplay too.
