Regarding Farhan, I agree he is a complete fail in this show but now the creatives/PH/channel have missed the bus by a huge margin for recasting some one else for the role. After all this offscreen hungama and the marriage being almost near, I doubt any decent actor would have give a nod if the role is just to be a Ahem dikhra going forward. Maybe that is also one reason the channel is not very keen on changing the face of the male lead because all that would require the channel and PH to re-promote the show and both the PH/Channel would have run the numbers. They would have figured out that the show going with average numbers till Dec is much cheaper compared to roping in a new lead and re-promoting the whole show when they are not even sure the whole work will fetch them good numbers. I am not saying it is correct - Just saying it is all purely a business decision and pros and cons of the spending money vs sticking with the same lead. That may be one of the reason that FK is still continuing even when the rumors were quite strong that he was about to get the boot.

Yes it feels bad that Sanaya got a bad deal but look at it this way - She will now be wiser when she selects her next show and hopefully would not be taken out for a ride like this again. After following the last serial of Sanaya, one thing I have understood is that it is always actors who take fall for the wrongs of channel and PH - Earlier it was Barun who took it for IPK and now if this serial fails, it would be Sanaya. I am not saying it would be that she would be blamed or so but yes the media may make out that Sanaya couldn't drag a show to success on her own. Everything else would be relegated to background. Sigh - Someone needs to nazar uttaro for both my favorites.

My personal opinion is they should have started with Manav and Chhanchhan already in love and then family drama. Part of the problem with this show is that the ML and creatives did such a shoddy job with romance that now they might get higher TRPs if Chhanchhan breaks up with Manav and moves on. Nobody is convinced about their love. The forte of this PH is family drama and they should have strictly stuck to it.

I also believe this show will run till end of this year or early next year. One year is decent, and hope it does not drag for too long. I am sure Sanaya will think long and hard before her next outing. There is one thing I have noticed about her, that she is quite attuned to what her fans opinions are. I hope she takes some cooling time and does some anchoring and dance shows before signing the next serial.

Even with this show how it was narrated to her and how it is looking on screen don't seem to be in synch. If the script was bad on paper, I doubt whether she or Supriya Pathak would have come on-board. Next time she should also give careful consideration to the production team, directors etc. along with the story.

See honestly my opinion is that the channel and PH tried to ride out Sanaya's popularity. I doubt they had anything strong on paper for the story before marriage. Yes I agree, they should have started off the show with Manav-Chanchan in love if the forte of this PH is family drama not romance. But the reason they may have chosen romance is that they wanted to rope in Sanaya's previous show's viewers - But the reverse is happening here. After having seen beautiful chemistry in Sanaya's previous show, the non-chemistry with Farhan is actually driving the audience away. So in short it has become a khichdi of some sorts here. And I doubt the PH have a concrete story on paper after marriage. I believe they are making up the story as they are going. Earlier the reports were that this would be a Khoobsurat remake/This would not be a regressive show/This would be a realistic show but now they are painting UB as completely black and CC as completely white. So this shows that the character sketch itself is not solid for the story. The creatives themselves don't know what should be character shades for UB/CC. So I am 100% sure the story execution is missing the story narration by miles. I have seen so many off-screen segments of this show but recently I am feeling even Sanaya is not happy with the serial. So for her sake, I do hope she picks up her next venture with little more consideration. Maybe working out here will make her wiser.

And coming to male lead, I sincerely feel that they should have started out with CC's family dynamics and UB's family dynamics separately and should have taken their time to cast their male lead. Should have just gotten a good actor and they should have slowly taken their time to weave the story and in the background they could have had UB/CC clashes regarding something or other. The PH roped in the dogs too right - but after 1st month, I hardly see CC doing any work as a dog trainer. There were so many tracks that the creatives could have weaved till the male lead was finalized. Now everything is pushed off the carpet because the story is now on the marriage phase. I doubt the TRP audience would have been convinced of the love between Manav-CC. In the earlier show Saas Bina Sasural of the same PH, the male lead's family runs a saree business and till the show ended(the show ran close to 2 yrs), the audience used to see some shots of the leads working out in the saree shop. That shows continuity and convinces the audience. Here every track is jumped. It is as if the creatives are in a hurry to tell off the story and move on and hence they are not changing Manav. Purely a business decision for them. Why would they want to change the male lead if the show is to finish off in another 5-6 months(I am guessing the creatives do have a solid story for the UB-CC clashes after marriage and that may take 5-6 months). Doesn't make any sense right.

I too hope Sanaya takes some time to cool off and plan her next move better. There would be some take away for Sanaya too if the serial fails, no two questions on that so it would be wiser for her to take her time and come in a fresh serial with a good PH and a solid story.

No offense but I hate his expressions today his smile was so creepy take you're mind off the pretty girl and focus on the guy and you see what I'm talking about it's like Beauty & the beast forget even them that's insulting them Beauty & the beast is one of my favorite Disney movie poor Sanaya I fell so bad for her at the moment.

PS- freedom of speech here I couldn't enjoy that romantic scene thanks to Farhan scary expressions it looks like the heroine romancing the villain of the show. 🤢 You know who he resemble with that expression today? Shyam from IPK not acting wise (Not insulting Abhaas at all) but the one expression wise I fell like Khushi romancing Snakewa.

Similar villain expressions expect one can act the other one can't one is a villain the other one is the hero. 😕 I rest my case here now I don't know what to say after this all of these are cute romantic scenes and it was well written as well but thanks to FK horrible acting skills I have to bare with this.

That's the problem ... Manav doesn't look lost in love ... he looks as though he is challenging Chanchan ... See the contrast between the softness in Sanaya's eyes and face, and the half-smirk in his.
FK REALLY needs to lose his attitude and get into the skin of his character ... so far he just has not managed to do so. Maybe the hangover of his modelling days, when he had to look HAWT and show attitude ... here, he is playing boy next door, and mamma's boy at that 😆 and will soon graduate to being joru ka ghulam ... his expressions don't reflect that. They don't reflect anything much, actually.

Also notice, Chanchan is clearly looking at Manav in the mirror ... and Manav is ALSO looking at HIMSELF!!!! That says it all!!! Manav should be gazing besottedly at Chanchan. The director should pick up these things and correct the actor, if the actor himself is so out of it.

^That too exactly he should be looking the CC not himself 🤢 Gosh what the hell was that? even bad actors I seen does better romantic scene than this. The guy is a non actor I have to accept this now.

Saw the UB and bahu scene and CC and her family scenes.

Its sad that a show which was launched with so much pomp has come to this stage...

Sanaya as an actress truly surrenders herself...despite working with such a dimwit of an actor...and this is clearly seen in the above pictures.

The previous day's scenes when he introduces his family was a joke. All he can do is smile, but he cant display emotions of any sort as an actor...

For all you know this show may go on for years as Sony"s Saas-Bahu saga with a difference.

But personally I would prefer it to get shelved so that Sanz can move on to better things...

Thanks for display of these pictures it clearly shows how bad he is at what he does and is paid for!

Even Abhaas who is now playing a grey character is doing a fantastic job in his current role...

This boy is meant for HAWT HAI films and I dont think he has come out of that role...he belongs to that genre...
