Farhan also , seems disinterested and going through the motions in the last 1 week or so both on and off screen.

I am maybe being overtly optimistic ...but thats what my mind is saying , the clamour to replace farhan is not getting subdued , rathar getting louder by the day ! Surely the prodn house and the channel can hear it.

I would say the show has picked up somewhat in terms of execution ... it is a family drama, and most of the family scenes are enjoyable and playing out well ... we all appreciated the Sarabhai family's reactions to the bombshell of UB being Manav's mother ... and the Borisagara family dynamics are just started to reveal themselves slowly. The show is building up well ... EXCEPT for one HUGE deficiency ... and the problem is, he is not even invisible and voiceless, as the male lead usually is in most family dramas ... he is there all the time and is thrust into our faces!!!!

In fact, I feel FK would have done far better to start off small ... here with such a stellar cast, his lack of acting skills is thrown sharply into focus all the time.

Agree this will not impact Sanaya much in terms of career ... judging from the way other channels are courting her, they already have their eye on her. The show was an experiment for her ... in terms of genre, channel and time slot ... if it doesn't work, no one is going to hold her responsible or doubt her talent. There has not been a single media article criticising her work - quite the contrary, ... she has been universally appreciated.

I agree with both of you here, in case the show fails to impress, Sanaya's career will not be damaged. Yet, it is so pitiable that a show which can do decently, if not become a major hit, is not being given a chance.

In any profession, if one is not performing, he/ she is fired, new or not. Maybe there is a mandatory 3 month clause or something.

Anyway, at this point the producers who have invested their money should be more concerned, than the viewers who have given them ample feedback and the TRP is talking too.
