Paul was even invited by Spain for a grand dinner by the Holland Football Federation but was turned down by Germany citing 'age factor'. In fact Germany was shattered by the prediction of Paul in the Germany - Spain and Germany - Uruguay matches. In both games Germany lost according to Paul's prediction.
