Abhi can’t apologise now again since she has clearly moved on and he sees no point in bringing up the past mistakes.
All her dialogues revolve around glorifying AA.

She went with a man she did not even know for a day and started living with him 🤢

Abhi’s one bad act wiped out all the good deeds he did for her without expecting anything in return.

And I still don’t understand why she had to marry that man just because he helped her when she was in distress 🤢

I have seen a close family member losing their adult son. They behave exactly like manjari. That’s y I have not been able to hate her. The pain of losing a kid is unmatched.

Akshu is indebted to Abhinav and she knows how attached Abhir and Abhinav are to each other. Part of this is her fault due to her need to create this illusionary family for her child. And in many ways for her to run away from the reality of her actual real life in Udaipur where both families she feels turned their back on her. They consider her a bad omen. She doesn't want to cause them trouble and she is tired of being kicked around.

She made her choice for whatever reason to make Abhinav the father of her child. Maybe it was because she knew how society would question her relationship with this man if they were living together with a kid. Maybe she realized she needed help rising this child as she was in a coma for 3 to 4 days after the delivery. She would need help caring for her premature son while she recovered.

The writers could have gone many ways. Single mother with friends who helped her. Akshu reaching back out to her family and maybe shifting to the US to AG and Chota Ma for sometime. But for whatever reason they went this way. I don't like how Akshu has suddenly become completely dependent on Abhinav. Maybe that is part of her character trait where she will mold herself to the situation to fit in. She sort of did this when she was in her Arohi jaap era.

We have seen how the families are behaving with Akshu right now and her only support is Abhinav so she is clinging onto that. That unfortunately due to the choices she made. But once she realizes and sees there are other supporters out there besides him she may start detaching from him. I think the biggest factor is Abhi. Once she sees his change she will let go of her facade. But in order for that to happen reality check needs to be made to her as well.
