I think we should try to think of something different like the narration of the main introduction post. Since it's going to have some information nobody really reads them out and they better jump into the second post with contest/game or whatever it is. Some unique style can be used for the main post to drag (atleast some) attention

Ditto! I was thinking the same! No one will bother to read the ABC of Diwali. Maybe a little para on it and then we pitch in something different in first post. Maybe something linked to the theme of the contest/game!

Judges are going to judge us on the basis of Teamwork and the final thread as well. Basically what I assumed is that we need to put up a thread so good and great that the judges are highly impressed and it becomes a GA 😆

The write up can be written in conversation format involving the four of us covering the little history and background of Diwali, the way its celebrated over different parts of India, Kali Puja & Lakshmi Puja in various cultures on the occasion of Diwali/Deepabali (in Bengali), and lastly about fire crackers.

How about something similar to Easter Egg Hunt game? If we are allowed, we can hide those firecrackers around different pages and give hints on how to find them.

I feel that’s a typical way to start a festive topic.
I was thinking a little para on Diwali’s origin…kinda basic notion and then we can venture in two areas:

-food

-place to visit in India around Diwali ( maybe where big events take place 🤔)

As contest, still thinking😆
