Rohatgi himself has said in an interview that involving in all this mess would have kept Aryan in jail for much longer. There was just no need.. and why would Manshinde entertain someone he didn’t know? All this is for police to investigate, not him.

Also, for other cases too, the ndps just rejects the bail if they want to keep the longer even without a shred of evidence. Nawab Malik’s son in law spent 8 months in jail. They were not even following SC’s guidelines.. Desai argued well too.

Ya correct, I remember now that interview....and he also said that if at all this case goes the chargesheet way ...they are definitely going to bring all these points up in court because there will be no pressure on them to get Aryan out of jail....he said that had they tried bringing up these issues it would have taken 2-3 more weeks for Aryan to get bail..😳

If he did speak to him it could have been twisted that “influence” was used. They needed to get Aryan out and getting involved in other mess would have kept Aryan longer in jail. Rohatgi said the shoddy investigation and unreliable witnesses can be taken up if it makes it to trial.

Please, I don't trust anyone or anything related to the NCB. Removing Wankhede is just an eyewash. Since he's getting so much criticism, they're hoping people now shut up. There's been no real accountability. Why does that a-hole still have his job?

All their cases are based a few grams of weed, a few tablets of E here and there, etc. The American DEA would consider these people absolute jokers. Why is a central agency harassing end users for minor amounts? They are supposed to take on cartels and suppliers but they do nothing important. They only do PR for themselves and keep people's attention on celebrities.

I can guarantee that they are involved in the drug business themselves. They keep the attention on minor figures and make a big fuss about how they are finding "links" and "international connections" and other stupidity in order to let all the big players get off scot free.

Of course.....do u think Wankhede was going to keep the 8 crores himself??,,,,No one can dare to run an extortion racket unless they are supported by the top bosses both in NCB and BJP...there is a reason why BJP's name is coming up again and again.....BJP tried to kill 2 birds with 1 stone.....extort money and harass SRK....but too bad....they failed...thanks to all the people who exposed them...either out of love or for their own personal gains...they should have guessed it....it was a loved megastar they were going after...not some aira gaira nathu khaira...ye toh hona he tha...

Yeah, that money is traveling all the way to the top though I think their real business is the actual drugs, not extortion. They let all the big shipments come in and target some minor peddlers to make it look like they are doing some work. They would get a cut from those big shipments and that money travels all the way to the top.

I'd like to know, with proof, how many drug busts the NCB has actually done and how many drugs have been recovered since it's inception. I can guarantee the numbers would be laughable.

So most probably they got some sugar/salt/talcum-power and called it heroin and spread their PR. No pictures of their haul either.

And the few times that they do get a couple of grams of drugs...what happens to it? They probably re-insert into the market and make money from it. Where is the proof that the drugs are destroyed?

This is rogue agency that needs to be shut down but I'm sure lots of politicians are profiting from it so it would never happen.
