So this is what I'm deducing.

1. Aryan was framed.

2. People involved in the plot were Wankhede, Gosavi, Sam D'Souza, Patil, xyz.

3. There is enough evidence out there to prove 1 and 2.

4. There is ambiguity on who the political masters are.

5. Because of 3 and 4, BJP and NCP are trying to make sure blame falls on the other. 😆

I am wary about anything Viral Bhayani says. This guy is a BJP bot and has been making paid posts for Wankhede since the beginning. I remember his Singham posts. He even made some post favoring him a day or two ago. He did a lot of propaganda during the pandemic also. I think that's why BW stars have started cutting him off. I remember KJo and Alia unfollowed him last year.

Nowadays he mostly just posts about TV stars - Big Boss contestant types, and random people we've never heard of.

This new witness is talking about the extortion angle too. His name is Vijay Pagare. He says he tried to contact Aryan's lawyer Satish Manishinde when he found out what's going on but Manishinde didn't pay any attention to him.

Manshinde doesn’t know this guy, why would he listen to him?

If he did speak to him it could have been twisted that “influence” was used. They needed to get Aryan out and getting involved in other mess would have kept Aryan longer in jail. Rohatgi said the shoddy investigation and unreliable witnesses can be taken up if it makes it to trial.

This Vijay guy is someone who Sunil Patil owes money. He said he has paid him some 50 lakhs for work which was never done so he had been following him. Sunil Patil was the one who sent Gosavi and Sam D’Souza (NCB panch/ witnesses) to cordeila where arrests were made.

Sunil had told this Vijay guy that they were going to make a lot of money which he will use to pay him back. When Aryan’s arrest had made it it tv and he saw gosavi’s pic viral in media, he put two and two together. He claims to be a witness to the deal but it seems like he knows too much to just be a mere witness..

I think Pooja might have made a deal with them initially for 50 lakhs...remember there was talk of 50 lakhs in cash.....but they must have asked for 25 cr....such a huge amount leaves a money trail...and SRK must have known that these people will immediately try to frame him that he was trying to bribe an officer on duty...that is a serious charge...I think that is why they must have backed out....with Pooja they can't prove anything....Pooja is a private citizen...so is Gosavi.....anyways ...its good that they didn't pay....because had they paid....they would have said that Aryan was carrying drugs that is why SRK paid money....u know...lot of bad things could have happened....the best part is that now the whole NCBJP extortion nexus is being exposed....so whatever happens ...happens for good..

I always had my doubts on Manshide,,,, his attitude and approach is so negative, I think SRK kept him on coz Salman bhai suggested, Desai and Rohatgi was much better,,,,, Manshide might know many secrets though
