The SC court has always said that Bail should be the norm and jail should be an exception....but Aryan has been framed so who even thinks about what the directives are.....they are keeping him there for 3 weeks now....no regard for his right to liberty which has been granted to him and every Indian by the Constitution of India....but no one cares....this is the situation in India right now....people are being dumped in jail left , right and center for months....Aryan will be out soon Thanks to his Dad's reputation and the support he is getting but there are many others and no hope for them..

As far as I know, most of these are British era laws which were created to stomp on the natives and terrorize them. Unfortunately, India as an independent country kept them all. They didn't bother to write up actual new laws for everything. The main reason is that no government wants to give up power and each one uses it to their benefit. So even though these "guilty until innocent" laws are BS, they are not removed.

I didn’t want to say this before but srk is definitely being targeted due to his religious ID… he’s the opposite of every stereotype of Muslims they want to perpetuate…. He’s a middle class, well educated, articulate man who rose to popularity… married once, clean family image, outspoken and well loved…

They wanted to tarnish his image…

I had the misfortune of clicking though the posts of certain members And no surprises there…. Bjp supporters, minority haters…
