A silly question but I hope someone can answer.
Is it enough to claim to have proof against the accused in front of the judge- are they not required to provide evidence of the said proof in the sessions court?
I did not follow the live hearing minute by minute so pardon me if they did provide evidence and I just missed it.
I mean, even if I try to believe that NCB is onto something, so far they have given me no reason to think they do. All they say is that they will eventually somehow find out the links- this shows that they have nothing concrete as of now. And it’s not like they haven’t had enough time to interrogate- they had the time and they didn’t interrogate so what exactly do they want to achieve by keeping him in…apart from the obvious?
And if Aryan is indeed such a big “druggie” as is being claimed, surely he must have started withdrawing by now- are you telling me that the media which somehow manages to find out what he is and and what he’s not eating inside the jail, have not had a whiff of him withdrawing?
nothing makes sense. I want to, I really do want to trust the system…but the system has to give me a reason to. So far, I have none.
