But on the second thoughts, lets agree that Sameer Wankhede is an extortionist who extorted 8 crores from SRK for Aryan's freedom (which sounds like an oxymoron in itself, but still). But if it is a fact and if the deal was "finalized", won't it mean put SRK & Co. in a more tight spot?

It means that not only did they accept the initial charge of Aryan Khan being a gateway to international drug racket, but also ended up committing the consequent crime of offering bribe to a government official.

Won't it be a double whammy for SRK and his manager Dadlani???
