Shouldn't the real question be that this incident happened on October 2, Why didn't Aryan's legal team bring this information in front of the Judge in any of the court proceedings till date?

Lets say there were XYZ reasons.

Shouldn't this Affidavit which mentioned 25 crores be released by the Aryan's Legal team?

Lets say there were XYZ reasons of this affidavit being launched by NDTV/NCP on social media.

Question still remains.. Why has no one from Aryan's Legal team has not spoken anything on this matter?

Arrey nahi he is saying any Unknown person(third party) shouldn't initiate legal action against him which could obstruct the investigation if police is involved.

In the second parah he has mentioned that IPS officer has already transferred the affidavit to DG of NCB and if he is found guilty NCB is allowed to take necessary action
