It would have been better if all BLIND Aryan & SRK fans would have argued Aryan's bail case instead of Manshinde & Amit Desai, they THINK ,they can make better arguments and get bail for him within 24 hours.

Now, the ball will roll to High Court.

No one predict the verdict of the court in any case, you can just expect to win but cannot be sure.

So as the arguments made by Mr. Desai on the first day, it seemed judge would have easily allowed the bail, but the next day counter by the ASG was much better. Mr. Desai had chance to present counter arguments after ASG but couldn't make anything concrete.

So similar thing is going to be repeated in High court too. We all know most of the points made by the both sides. But this time it will be in front of different judge. So, it will all depends upon who is listening and how well the lawyers can present their cases.

Was a reason cited for rejecting the bail? How does it usually happen? Just one sentence of rejecting or accepting the bail or do they explain in a few lines why that decision?
