When KRK and Rakhi Sawant make sense and Tapsee Pannu sounds utterly insane, I have to wonder... did something happen to the world in the last 1 week😆?

There was a time when visiting India meant "apna desh, apni mitti, taste of freedom (not that there's any lacking here, but still, apna desh to apna desh hi hota hai) "

While most of that remains true, there is a fear element that has set in.

My siblings in India keep mentioning as to how it is better to keep mum lest you ruffle a few feathers and get picked up for just having a different viewpoint.😔

This was something that we never had to worry about a few years ago.

I m sorry but I was born and brought up outside India. I embrace the things about my culture that I love like Gujju food, culture, festivals. Haven't been there since 2009, haven't met relatives since 2006. Have my reasons.

This however makes me feel like even if I wanted to go there for diwali this year, i will be scared. I wouldn't want to talk about what I think of numerous things. Would literally leave my opinions on the airplane and pick them up on my way back.

I do not have kids but I am hurting as if this was happening to someone very close to me.

I am sure his staff will be taken care of financially and his business will continue to run; money is not the problem, there will always be money.

He can go wherever he wishes Brussels, Dubai, Qatar, Nairobi, Johannesburg, Munich, Geneva, London.

If he leaves, they might say he escaped and ban his movies - oh well -- there is Netflix, Prime, Disney+. He has enough astute acumen to work for these corporations. I will be a tiny bit sad because BW will end for me because the newbies have NOTHING on this man and I do not stan any of them like I have stanned Shah. Veer, Biru, SidMal(as much as I gushed over SherShah), VD, can never ever evoke the same feelings in me.

However, for his own safety and the security of his kids he should leave.

You know there are beautiful places on earth, really and genuine paradises and if we are honest there are a lot of issues that can be avoided if you leave India, for example: one that jumps at you is hygiene on the streets, overpopulation, the situation with a lot of things in daily life that are still not up to par with more modern countries for SRK and family is double hard because they live in a fishbowl, not even able to go out peacefully...and I could go on and on...BUT there is something about your home land, the land that gave you birth, that something is irreplaceable, the feeling you have there, no matter how poor, how dirty, how non modern, NOTHING is like your birthland. I will not disclose my exact birth location but will say I was taken from there as a baby, I have traveled the world and I have seen a lot of beautiful places...but I remember returning to my home land as an adult, and when it came into view I and my co-passengers on that plane became quiet, you could sense it was an incredible moment for all, simply taking in the moment, most of us with teary eyes, all of us clearly feeling the pull of our precious soil.

So it would really suck for SRK to be ran out by fear, because by choice you can do anything you want, but being forced to leave your home is awful....

There is something that makes me feeling very uneasy and that's the way Maneshinde handles the case.

I read all three live reports on the Bar & Bench website and have now the feeling that Maneshinde underestimates the magnitude of the will to keep Aryan in a situation that makes him prisoner of the law without having done something wrong. I think that Maneshinde was trapped, too, and he should have seen it the moment the ASG got involved express for Aryan.

The NCB is only the medium to play the law game because they were the easiest to frame Aryan and to grab some others with smal amounts of drugs (planted or no) with the goal to arrest him and accuse him under the NDPS act which made Aryan loose his individuality as accused (Memo of arrest cites the §§ and Aryan has signed it admitting that he understands the grounds of his arrest). The Memo of arrest should have already been vehemently contested by his lawyer at the first hearing after the 24 hours so that - maybe - the magistrate wouldn't have agreed to include Aryan in the group of accused.

Now there had been 2 days more time to concoct a scheme to keep Aryan under the NDPS act. First they brought the really skilled ASG into the court (only for Aryan, a sign that nevertheless Aryan way treated as "individual" - not enough stressed by Maneshinde, imo). Second the NCB presented a new link (Aachit) to emphasize the group-accusation. Third, they trapped Maneshinde to plead for bail in a court that normally only handles individual bails (I bet, the ASG was aware that the NCB wouldn't get more than the time they alrready got and the magistrate would order judiciary custody.). It was deliberate that the ASG came much later so that the court would have finished at a time where no bail could be decided.

I think, the biggest mistake Maneshinde made yesterday, when he decided to not argue the maintainability because this was the crux - that the magistrate agreed that this was the court to plead for bail for Aryan...the merits could have come later...(I felt that he wasn't well prepared and he could have known better given that he was Rhea's lawyer)

Two things were new to me and they weren't contested by Maneshinde:

Allegedly a chat with Aachit were a "bulk quantity" is mentioned and Aryan and Aabaz alledgedly came together in a car to the port. (which gives more power to the argument of connection).

So, "they" got what they wanted - Aryan in jail and additional time to torture the family.

As for SRK, there is additional hardship because he has comittements to fulfill (he already skipped the ad shooting with Ajay)...not doing this in time will present difficulties to people not involved.

"They" may have made mistakes at the start that could have cost them the precious prey but till now, they are on the winning end...sadly!

See there is no future for SRK's kids in India anymore...we all know what happened to Aryan....same things will happen to Suhana and AbRam....SRK is 55 ...he has seen so much success and love and fame...that people can only dream about....but that was in a different India...his kids deserve that chance too...and that is not possible in this country anymore....SRK's career started going down after 2014...that can't be a coincidence.....and just when after a lull of almost 4 years he was getting back again...they managed to pull him down again....his kids don't deserve this....there should be no shame...in leaving in this situation...would you blame the people who fled Afghanistan ?? Every one has the right to look out for their family...It would be extremely sad...because SRK loves India so much...but it is ..what it is...India is not safe for SRK anymore...a lot of countries will offer him citizenship in a heart beat...I think it is a wise thing to do....I shudder to think...what if these people produce some more fake evidence against Aryan and send him to jail for years....how devastating that would be..

It's time that the industry needs to speak unequivocally for Aryan Khan. It's time to show unity and stand by Khans. What is happening is unfair by any standards. Everyone should have stood up for Rhea, now is another chance to stand up for witch hunt against our industry.

I don't agree with this tweet though....people can be scared...they have to look out for their own families.

Right said, Neeliji!

He doesn't even have to look far. He anyways calls Dubai his own, " This is my Dubai...be my guest". They would love to have him. Any European country, Canada, Oz, NZ, would grant Aryan asylum if he can prove he was wrongly accused and SRK is rich enough to get an investment visa. Like I said, Netflix, Prime, Disney+ are all corporations that SRK can work with. I wouldn't scoff at him staring in a show like The Crown or Mare of Eastown or Killing Eve or This is Us. Some haters might but hey that's on them. He isn't here to answer anyone. Also, imagine the investment BW and Mumbai would lose if SRK quit as soon as Aryan was released and moved.

Also the man is intelligent, he can teach a film studies class at an Ivy League or OxBridge or Russell Group institution.

He has said himself that one day the trappings of stardom will be over. However, people like us would still remember him. I am sure if he taught at Yale and there was someone here who knew who he was and saw him on campus, their excitement at seeing them wouldn't be any less than it would be if he did Pathan or the Raju Hirani film.

Like I said Suhana should change majors at university; AbRam is too small to go away without Shah&Gauri but he should be taken away. And Aryan should also think of alternative careers.
