Sorry I couldn’t come back to complete my post.I still feel weak.I felt the some of the symptoms are lingering.Krishna recovered and she suddenly started coughing again.From two days she got better again.

Padma, I think those who relocate to US or anywhere outside the country, get used to the conveniences and superior lifestyle there and feel at home there. And home is where the heart is. There are downsides, lot of them there, values, respect for relationships are more in Indian culture but those who live there for years, get coloured accordingly and think like them and stop thinking the Indian way. I personally doubt if Krishna would want to leave the place where she was bred. Recently, a relative who lives in Texas told me, in the name of upholding privacy, people become so distant, very often they lapse into depression and in the name of rights, so many relationships break.

Tulsi, COVID does this, it is a long haul, symptoms will linger, do rest and take care!🤗

Tulsi lets wait for Kishna's decision. If she wants to come back it is good but if she wants to stay back then also its ok because ultimately its her life she will mould her life by adding Indian culture irrespective of where she stays.

I am not judgemental, for me my country is great irrespective of its flaws.

Guys I am travelling on 4th to Visakhapatnam to attend marriage of my cousin's daughter. Will be back on 7th. Taking all precautions.

Agree with you Vibha. Everywhere we go, at every stage of our lives, we have to face a few challenges and some comforts in order to progress.

Political uncertainty and economic constraints will play a vital role while making a decision; but, wherever we settle, our sense of belonging will always be with our homeland.

Unnecessary intrusion as a corrective measure is a part of our culture and loneliness and consequent depression is a perennial problem in Western countries, everywhere, some way or the other we have to adjust and sustain, that is the truth.
