It's tasted good ... Sis made Kimchi fried rice ... Even added scrambled egg ... It was yummy ... Now I want to taste how real kimchi taste lol ... And wat version I ve made ... How d taste differs. Sure it would have tasted good , I wanted to try it too . Maybe soon

I added kashmiri chilli instead of korean chilli ...I guess its fine as I read their chilli is not that hot ... Soy sauce instead of fish sauce ... But still it tasted good 🤣. Obviously we need more spice then them otherwise it won't suit out taste , so making some changes are kind of necessary . I am glad it came out well

I bought Japanese kimchi recently. I had tried another Korean kimchi brand before as well. It’s good. It’s not spicy. On insta I saw kimchi rice and kimchi vegetables pancake....will try it out.
