Health Update

Recently came across a covid trial

Along with this and other few more products ... Trial is going on for prevention of Covid

I don know if it got that property

Though it got Anti fungal and Anti bacterial properties and keeps nasal passage clear

I started using this even before that for grey hair and sinusitis

Gotu kola (also known as Brahmi I think) it’s very good ingredient....it’s used in Korean skin products as well but it’s listed as centella ...I have the skin 1004 Madagascar centella ampoule and some by mi serum

I’ll also share a recent product that I like....it’s a New Zealand green beauty brand product ...it’s a balm...it’s kind of thick so a bit it’s enough...you can use it for face, lips, dry elbows....I used it on my face...the balm is not that expensive ( around 21$ CAD)but other products of this brand are quite expensive...I guess it’s due to the source and quality of the ingredients.

It’s like there is no one anymore without a YouTube channel....i saw all those controversy with Archana....I think she should not get her daughter involved this much in SM as her negativity is being transferred on her daughter....Zaara was such a cute kid...but lately she been made to look a very grown up and not her age....I don’t watch any of their content post BB....I don’t find her genuine.

I watch priyanka videos once in a while...first celebrity that promoted a product that is not about skin care or some trading apps....she promoted in her latest video menstrual cups...it was kind of refreshing.

It's tasted good ... Sis made Kimchi fried rice ... Even added scrambled egg ... It was yummy ... Now I want to taste how real kimchi taste lol ... And wat version I ve made ... How d taste differs

I added kashmiri chilli instead of korean chilli ...I guess its fine as I read their chilli is not that hot ... Soy sauce instead of fish sauce ... But still it tasted good 🤣
