Not just here, entire chichore promotion he was nothing like him.
And when I go back and look at Sonchiraiya promotions, he was oozing confidence, positivity and held so much charm.
Chichore was the first movie I felt he was suddenly disconnected from. It can be solely my perspective but he seemed almost disinterested even to promote the movie, let alone celebrate the success.

It might sound ridiculous but one of the most hear breaking realisation I had was to notice that from being a boy who chewed off his nails to win a small hamper , he became someone who didn't even bother to fight for it.
Yeah Chicchore is when he seems completely off.Even though he would have been sad about being ignored in Kedarnath promotions but he never seemed so lost .And he seemed fine in Sonchiriya promotions too.If you compare these promotions with Dhoni and Raabta it would seem dull,but nevertheless he never seemed extremely disinterested.In Chhichore interviews the main focus was on him yet he never really seemed to care.It was like as if someone was forcing him to come on promotions and he just wanted to get away,as if he was trapped somewhere .And even while seeming to struggle he gives such thoughtful answers
His interviews are painful to watch,from curiosity to excitement to happiness to extreme confidence and roaring to go and then seeming disinterested and disillusioned .All within a span of 7 years.😞
And only God knows what happened in that Europe trip.How can things change so rapidly after that?
