So he is third person who is pointing at Dr.Swamy. I had doubts earlier too , when I saw his interview month back giving clean chit to Baby Penguin, Dr. Sudhir is very close to him , he is one who referred this case to agencies , which was good but he is also seeking his own agenda. This was also posted few days back ,everybody called it rumor. But it is becoming more evident how report is delayed for 2 weeks, many internal sources saying report is being manipulated.

Analyzing Dr Swamy , maybe he got into this case to twist n negotiate after nabbing Shiv Shena. Ofcourse he wanted to clean BW n Nexus but at side he also had vested his interest of that seat he is seeking.

when he got flake from people , he changed to theory. Remember tweets where he was pushing AIIMs report cannot be conclusive n all - this is some 10 days back, when whistleblowers raised flag, public was asking him then He is now back to murder theory, Report is manipulated i have heard, let's see if this pressure help in fairness. But I believe what Shehzad is saying bz it is logical n he is reaffirming theory
