Meenakshi whatever I have heard, after season 11, some top actors were allowed to use privacy clause too, as they didn’t want their image to be damaged and lot of top celebs didn’t want to be part of BB due to that and channel had to abide for few clauses by big celebs

no idea Jyoti! This show is a total mess and for me it’s surprising that Sid’s name is being used left right and centre and no questions asked by media about it to the makers nor to Sid! This show was never promoted properly by makers! I mean every show gets a proper launch and media is called! Sid behaves as if he knows nothing about the show ! How stupid can this get?

But meenakshi Why would siddharth apologise? People who broadcast the word will do.. And yes as far as i know they do sent apology letter to them..

Initially it wasnt but with extension Siddharth insisted on it and colors relented, that's sure..Because No way the scene i was talking about earlier would have not gotten telecasted if a contract wasnt protecting it.

Yes privacy clause are included but they are that no conversation would be telecast incomplete so as to harm the celebs image as was felt in case of hina khan.. That long abusive fight had many edits was what was felt by hina camp.

They also have certain rest days. But not telecasting is against endemol basics. That can't change. They can get into legal hassles. That I am sure.

For eg . In case some girl puts some charges on boys and many such things. So all content is property of colors and endemol .

Sid was so careful with his hands ,with words always.
